This location has the best customer service at the cash register. If you had to visit any Columbus location for assistance at the cash register I would say go back here.

I went to HomeGoods to get some pieces of wood for bed slats. The staff was very friendly and helpful and picking out the right word and then cut it to size for me for free. I was very pleased with the level of service that I received.

Emma at the customer service counter has terrible customer service. Yesterday she didn’t speak or acknowledge my presence just continued to talk with a co worker until I said something. Today she walked away when I walked up. The other customer service representative kept saying she didn’t know where she went or why she left. She came back while I was being helped by the other representative. I don’t know if it’s a race thing but this will be my last time at this store and I will be speaking to a manager.

We were shopping for a microwave yesterday. We had a few questions and Liz was so helpful. We didn’t feel rush. She looked to see who had the microwave in stock so we could pick it up. Thanks for your help!!

So I went to Home Depot because we decided to install an interior door. Little did I know that this was the beginning of one of the worst customer service experiences I ever had. I bought the door and they set up an install date. Ok Great! Then the installer comes and ask me do I want him to install a door they broke. I'm, hell no. So they take it back to home Depot. I then have to go back to the store to repay for another door. Great! New door ordered, it's on the way. A few days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled. I call the store they tell me everything is fine. Two days after that IDIOT from the store calls me and tells me there is a problem with my order and ask have I been refunded the second door. I ask them why I would be refunded a second door when I didn't ask for a return on a second door? The woman (IDIOT) gets rude with me and tells me they are just trying to figure out what is wrong with my order. I proceeded to tell her that I really don't have any information to provide on the matter as the last step I was involved with was purchasing the second door. After that al I have is a confirmation email and an email saying someone cancelled the second order. I then tell her that the information they are seeking should be in their system. She then gets mad and hangs up on me when I ask to speak to a supervisor. Long story short I go up to the store right then. After me waisting my time with these incompetent idiots they find out that they have my order in their store waiting to be picked up by the installer. But it took me calling them a bunch of idiots for them to dig down deep and find out what happened to my order. Ok. After that they say installer is going to contact you to come install. Installer calls, I'm asleep. I sleep during the day because I work at night. Installer calls back and leaves a general message. Ok. I call back explain my situation with a text and voice message. This is around Wednesday. I don't hear back. I go on the Internet to find the installer web site. It has an alternate number. I call it. After a few calls someone picks up and proceeds to berate me about how it is the weekend and they don't work on the weekends. I proceeded to explain that I tried to make contact during the week and no one returned my messages. And asked how I suppose to know you don't work on the weekends. I said you didn't tell me that. You just never returned my calls or messages. I told her that I understand. It's same customer service I get from Home Depot. Blame the customer when you can't do your job. After this door is installed I'll never set foot in a Home Depot again. At least not in Grove City, Ohio.

I was just at this home Depot on stringtown Rd. And I watched an elderly man fall off the curd and split his head wide open and his arm and it's sad to say but their management refused to call an ambulance for him! Thanks to all the pedestrians ? outside including myself for calling 911 for help he was doing ok as we waited for the ambulance to arrive. Shame on you Home Depot...

Don't buy that overpriced pet proof carpet. Fibers are not supposed to be snagged or pulled out by cats or dogs, and my dog pulled them out within a month. They said they could replace it for 500 more than i paid the first time. Now I have a spot in a hallway where a hole line has come up like a seam, but there is no seam there and hardly any foot traffic because it's an unused bedroom. Not sure how they get away with calling it pet proof instead of pet resistant but maybe cause it sounds like false advertising and they don't even honor warranty

My mother and I were greeted at the door by a wonderful gentleman named Dwayne Taylor. He helped us get a sink and cabinet checked out and to our car. Mr Taylor's customer service needs a pat on the back.. Thank you from the Endres Family.

We are part of the pro customers we had a big fence project recently we had ordered some picket fences from Denise lovely lady no issues with her and we needed other materials so we went to Jenn and she hade attitude with us and said we could do it ourselves and after this we went for new flooring and lady Jenn was there so we had to deal with her again she had attitude we told her what we needed and if they could help us in lumber load it in our car and getting it for us and we would purchase it with her she called no one and says again you can go get it everyone is doing other orders so she wanted us to do it ourselves again the worst part is after my fiancé left she was talking bad about him I work in costumer service this is not how you treat your customers then we go to lumber the employee slade was there offered us his help and helped us with everything she isn’t even doing her job.. we never have these type of issues at Lowe’s they always help us get all the materials we need and load it in our vehicle now we will not be going to Home Depot due to the inconvenience some of the employees and rudeness have caused I did speak to manager Josh hope she betters her attitude and willingness to do her Job…
