Yesterday I went to The Main Look to get a spa pedicure. Haley did a wonderful job. Her attention to detail was exemplary, and that’s saying a lot since I am so particular when it comes to having my nails done. I will be making pedicures with Haley a regular part of my routine.

Took my daughters here for them and myself to get our eyebrows done for my sister's wedding. They fit us on the schedule last minute and the staff was extremely friendly. It was very comfortable and Main Look offers a really relaxing environment!

Called to set appointments for my gf and myself. Both for colors. I was very specific because she wanted pink and I wanted blue blue, not navy blue. I was very clear about the color. She set both appts for first thing in the morning later that week.We arrived just before open and waited for them to unlock. They sat my gf immediately but the stylist for me woke up late and would be about 15 minutes.When she arrived I explained what I wanted, she said she would check if they had it. She comes back and says this is the only thing they have, dark navy blue. I explained no I wanted blue blue and showed her an example picture of a friend who had hers dyed that color a while back. No they don't have that. Ok thanks, and I told my gf I'd wait in the car. I explained I could get navy blue at Walmart. I was coming to a professional to get the specific color I wanted (as well as the joy of not having to do it myself.)A bit later my gf calls me and I come in to pay. I was shocked when I saw her because she had dye all over her skin about an inch around her hairline. The stylist had obviously not used vaseline on the skin nor made any attempt to clean off the excess.For this they charged $120 (I believe it was $127) plus tip.We could have done a better job at home for a lot less. Seriously, 1 inch of dye around the hairline.Being a small business owner I prefer to patronize small businesses whenever I can but I will never go here again.

I'm pretty sure I've booked with a different stylist each time, but they've all been wonderful. I've had my hair cut and styled there for about three years now and never had any issues. Online booking is a blessing and they have never been running behind more than a couple minutes! Pricing is very competitive for the quality and service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ?PERMS ARE BACK, GET YOURS HERE! :)I've been going to this salon for almost 7 years and I'll never go anywhere else! I met Nikki first and she was very welcoming and friendly. She always nailed the cut, color, and style! As life got busier, I started seeing any stylist available and I've never been disappointed! Today, I met the amazingly fierce and talented owner, who taught two assistants how to perm. I received exceptional treatment and service; plus the kindness of a listening ear. Thank you Kim and everyone at Main Look!

Miranda did an amazing balayage ombre on my hair recently. I have been to everyone except the owner and have never been disappointed. Kim is absolutely incredible! She is a very talented artists and has built an outstanding salon spa in Hamilton Ohio. She treats each of her salon clients as family and I absolutely love going there. They make you feel so welcome. Her and her hairstylist girls at the salon will do an amazing job with your hair, mani & pedi, wax or facials. Bridal party, special occasion or just looking your best, the Main Look is a must!! Highly recommend this salon. I would give it 10 stars
