Clean store but a lot of the samples were empty and stock was low or just out on numerous brands. I was able to stumble across a nice Milani lip plumper so can't wait to use it. Associates were friendly and helpful.

Do not get your hair and makeup done here. Worst makeup i have ever had done in my life. I asked for a natural look with neutral tones. My eyeshadow was orange and gold with eyeliner that was not even at all and looked absolutely awful. Foundation was not full coverage and extremely cakey. I had to redo the entire makeup and hair before a wedding. I’ve had my makeup done here other times probably 10 years ago and didn’t like it then either. Extremely disappointing.

Very helpful staff. There was a really sweet girl working in cosmetics who helped me figure out which skincare would best suit my dry skin. And the products she recommended for me have made a huge difference already. My skin looks and feels a million times better and it’s only been a few days. Greatly appreciate her taking the time to explain things and help me, she was awesome!

My friend and I went to just look at colognes but met a really wonderful and nice sales rep from dolce and gabana Tamarah Riley she was extremely helpful she had extensive knowledge on the fragrances gave good alternatives to other colognes and overall was a perfect example of what you want in a sales rep we both walked out with a fragrance and free gifts. Wonderful experience overall 10/10 would do again.

Ulta has really amazing products and I love the store and what they have to offer… But the staff that follows you around noticeably makes you so uncomfortable, I dont want to shop there anymore. It’s appropriate to ask if a customer needs help but not every five minutes as you’re watching/following them through the aisles, that’s weird. As someone that has worked in retail in the past, I can tell you, you should have some sense as to who you need to be following and who you do not. you will lose a lot of customers that way and it’s really unfortunate. I was just trying to have a fun shopping trip with coworkers and we ended up leaving because of it. I will now order online or go to Sephora.

Purchased a Good Friday deal while I was out of town for Thanksgiving holiday. The first day I was home I went to pick up to find they had put it back. 4 days over a holiday weekend and they put back and don’t honor!! They would not honor the price even though she had put it back just a few hours before I arrived. I have been a loyal customer since they opened this location many years ago. I will use Sephora or other sites that carry my high end items to purchase from now on. Dry disappointing.
