They tried to scam me for an hour and tried making me wait longer than necessary multiple times to see if I would get impatient and leave. Rudest manager ever. Worst t mobile experience I've ever had, but then again anyone at t mobile will try to scam you.

This store has the rudest assistant manager I have ever encountered. In my opinion, there is a specific assistant manager that does not belong in customer service let alone in management. I would NEVER recommend this location.

I do not recommend this store. Waited 2 hours and only 3 customers ahead of me when I walked in. Workers would help people walking in after me before waiting on customers who had been waiting.

Store Manager Jim was helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the products and process. He was professional and charismatic. He made the stressful situation (because of Boost Mobile, not T-Mobile) a lot better.

Was at the store yesterday, we spoke with the stores assistant manager Jessica. She was phenomenal! She did everything for us, through the whole process of switching from verizon. She made the switching easy, fun and filled with conversations. Very good experience.

John and Jessica were great! In a world of technological fear they are an oasis of knowledge and kindness! They solved my issue, saved me a lot of money per month, and had some great tunes playing in the store! Two great human beings. Highly recommend!

Jim was knowledgeable in helping us pick what was right for us. Worked quickly and helped with keeping my kids calm while we waited for phone transfers. Was honest about the products and what would work best for us (not just what was the highest price!) would definitely recommend

My fiance and I upgraded our plan and John Mayer, Assistant Manager, helped us. He has a fun and fantastic personality. He broke down everything for us and upgraded my fiance to a new Google Pixel Pro 7. It was getting busy, but they work very efficiently. I switched from verzion to T-Mobile so I am looking forward to it.

1st guy was nice but Uninformed, asked for manager who rudely told me it would be over an hour wait. I've been on hold with customer service 2 days for over an hour each time? No luck.. terrible cell service and customer service.. I'm in restaurant biz & Never complain**. Boooo
