My family and I have been renting here for about 2 years now, and let me tell you just how amazing these people are and how efficient it is to rent a car. We’ve worked with Mina, Alex, Nizar and Yasin. They are one of the best people and more importantly they know what they are doing. They go through all the charges with us and let us know of the fees. We have never had an issue with this location and will continue to rent from them. Very nice and friendly service.
Customer service is at its best!! Thank you for all the happy faces and positive energy that you provide.

My husband had a last minute business trip out of state, since it was last minute it was very hard for us to find a rental. Mina was very delightful and sweet she helped us to get him a rental one way to Chicago and another rental from Chicago back home. She was very helpful, patient and was going above and beyond to find the location closest to my husband's business office.
We were very happy with her service and the whole experience was absolutely smooth, easy and fast!
Thank you Mina for your help and your support. We will be back for sure!

We loved the whole experience in renting the car. We used Booking .com. Came and picked up the car from Erica at Nike Station Way. The car dove like a dream for our whole weekends. I will be back. Thanks Erica.

I cancelled a rental car and Selena helped with my cancelation. Since I cancelled 3 weeks in advance, she also waived the $50 cancellation policy that Budget has. I was polite and told them my situation that we were going to take our own car instead of the rental. She understood and helped me waive the $50.
In all, just be nice. Sometimes its hard, but there are ways around company policies if you ask enough questions. If you're cancelling at the last minute, then there's no way around it.

My family and I have been renting from Avis/Budget at this location and the West Broad location since we moved to Ohio in 2016. We chose these locations because we know the franchise owner’s relatives and wanted to support them. However, after our last two experiences, we’ve decided to rent elsewhere.
We always dealt with Yasin, who was friendly and made us feel appreciated. But recently, there's a new worker named Mina who made us feel not valued. I reserved a car a few days in advance for Sunday, 7/21, returning the next day. Mina called before I arrived to say they only had a minivan available due to high demand. As much as I didn’t want to take it, I agreed to, understanding the situation.
When I picked up the minivan, I asked Mina if I could switch it for a smaller car on my way to my destination, and she said that was fine. Since I was driving 900 miles, I didn’t want a minivan because it was unnecessary and had poor fuel economy, but I took it out of respect for the business. I called road side to set up a car switch at a location along my route. The first location I stopped at did have vehicles, but there was a 2-hour wait time, which was too long for me. I then went to YYZ in Toronto, but they said they rented out all of their American vehicles because of the increase in rentals due to the IT outage, so I just kept the minivan.
The next day, I called road side again to see what my options were, and they told me they could get me a car in Detroit on my way back to Hilliard. I tried one last time and switched the minivan in Detroit, but it took 2 hours, which at this point wasn’t worth it anymore. The van had loud road noise and was uncomfortable to drive, plus I was averaging 26mpg compared to the new car that was averaging 40mpg.
When I returned the car to Hilliard, I filled up the tank, but the fuel gauge didn’t show full like it did when I picked it up. After 3 attempts and wasting 17 minutes, I was already late for the return. I explained to Mina, and she checked the fuel and said it was okay. Later, I saw a $53+tax charge for being 10 minutes late. When I called Mina to ask why, she said there was nothing she could do and that I should have returned the car on time, with an attitude.
I was upset because I had been inconvenienced by a vehicle I didn’t want but took without complaining even thought I rented the smallest size vehicles and got one of the biggest size vehicles, spent around 4 hours of my trip trying to switch cars, and still got an expensive penalty for being a few minutes late. This was very disappointing and showed terrible customer service skills. We’ve been loyal customers, always renting from these two locations regardless of pricing, and we’ve brought many people we know, including business partners, to these locations. But from now on, we will be working with corporate locations because they respect and value their customers more.
Thankfully, when I called billing and explained everything, they were upset and ended up refunding me the full amount and gave me a free day rental for all the inconvenience. If you’re reading this, avoid this place and go somewhere that values its customers.

We have rented from this location multiple times now, and every time we have gotten to work with Mina she is so kind to us, and especially my young son. She makes the car rental process fun and is fast and professional. Also, the vehicles are clean and run well. Please extend our gratitude to her for a job well done. We look forward to renting with her at Budget again.

First time using this budget location and I am super satisfied. The front desk employees but Mena was awesome she is kind and helpful. Experienced was wonderful. I highly recommend this location.
