Stopped at the Low Moor Va. location inside of the Loves travel stop. Had to wait 25 minutes for my food and it was cold when I got it! The staff was not friendly

Management was rude associates were rude went through drive-thru got no salt fries they were cold had salt on them said something to the manager had me pull up brought me cold freeze again with salt on them disrespectful and I will not be going back to that one

Okay so this is the one McDonalds near my home and I wouldnāt want any other Iāve been going to this location for over 9years btw say hi to Bella best McDonalds worker ever

They donāt know how to Make the fish sandwich and The Chicken Big Mac right, it just tastes different than the other McDonalds. especially the chicken Big Mac they have tastes like I cooked it at home. That good thing about em fast service

It's McDonalds so we all know what that is like. The drive through can easily get backed up with long wait but sometimes it's not too bad.
