I've been coming to this location for the past couple of years and have generally never had a bad experience. Today I was looking for a particular item that the website showed as in stock and went into the store. I took a few minutes to look for the item on my own and when I didn't find it I asked the staff where it might be. The first person was nice enough but didn't know so she went to ask another person for help. The second lady came over, looked up the item and confirmed that it is in stock. She stated that it came in with the most recent shipment and wasn't out on the floor yet. I asked if someone could go to the back and get it and was told that since they hadn't processed their shipment yet there was nothing they could do. Didn't offer to try and look, didn't offer to have it shipped home at no cost for the inconvenience, nothing. Just basically "welp, we haven't gotten to it, check back next week." I've done customer service for a very long time and that's not how you do it. Extremely disappointed in the experience today, don't know if I'll be going back. ?

My wife and I have been to At Home several times, this time looking for an L shaped computer desk. Unfortunately, there weren't any at your store or at 5 other different stores so no big deal. Your store is nice to shop at so we will be back.

Spectacular decor and absolutely cute odds and ends, however lots of empty shelf space limiting options combined with an slighter higher price point make this a go to store for something special but not a regular visit.

I can't tell you how helpful and curtious the employees are. They honestly went out of there way to help us with long awaited wicker furnature.
