Today my significant other and I visited Puff and Stuff around noon-1pm. When we arrived there was an employee named Bill behind us. Bill proceeded to follow me and my significant other around the store. My significant other is indigenous and obviously not white. Bill continued to follow us until we were near the checkout, at which point he went behind the counter. Bill definitely racially profiled my significant other, which is disgusting. I highly discourage any non white people from visiting to avoid being uncomfortable and potentially racially profiled. Very unfortunate since I used to like the store.

Edit for current date 1/24/23:STILL a fantastic and incredibly helpful staff. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. STILL great PPE and respect for safety in terms of COVID guidelines. Still the same great prices and products. I have never seen a SINGLE employee standing around doing nothing. If one person is in the store and being helped by 1 of 3 employees, the other employees help. Great teamwork and still 100x better than the one in Mayfield Hts.Great PPE, very clean and staff is incredibly nice and helpful. There was even a staff member making sure the maximum occupancy for the pandemic was being controlled.Not to mention great products and prices. Much better than the Mayfield store and Midnight Oasis. I will always come to this location for my needs.

Extremely rude and aggressive sales person. Brought a part into the store to compare it to the new part that I needed to buy. Asked a sales associate to see the parts, as I compared the parts he seen that the last part was used. He then said, I had to leave the store immediately and take it to the car. I replied, by saying OK I’ll just take this one right here, he then said no, you need to leave right now. I asked why, I said it is a cigarette part and has nicotine on it. He then looked at what I assumed was a manager for directions. This gentleman replied it’s black and white you need to leave. Once again, I asked, but it’s nicotine. I can show you and you can smell it. It’s nothing illegal. To which he replied, you still need to go. I didn’t said OK I’ll take my business elsewhere. Went down the street, to another location of his competitor walk-in showed him the parts. Got what I needed and left. No hassle or verbally being pushed out the door and no rude employees.

Great selection of products, however the employees are extremely hostile and rude. Customer service is terrible. Lightly Toasted is a much more friendly shop with the same choices if not more.

Awesome place to go for all. Very helpful staff definitely in tune with whatever your needs Maybe. They are trained very well with information on all the products that they have very chill environment, no over the top pricing. Definitely a great place to go if you're in Kent.

Great place! Wonderful environment. I came here on a Sunday at around 5:30 and the doors were closed and locked. I’m not sure if this is a 1 time thing or if their hours have changed but it was a bit unexpected!

Puff n stuff overcharges on foreign merchandise... And does Not back the merchandise when it fails. Plenty of others around to take care of your needs...Instead of a sarcastic crew of employees who lean on Glass all day.

Very rude customer service!! A staff member helping us was impatient & rude!! And the "manager" working in the store at the time allowed her to be be!! After our experience, we spoke to someone who told us he had a bad experience there & that the person helping him was rude & had a bad attitude!! There are other great stores, that treat customers with respect!! This place lost acouple good customers!!

Always clean, the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable! There's so much cool things in there, not just smoke stuff which I love. They have knick-knacks, metaphysical things, books, crystals, bags, shirts, and more! If you're in Kent and have time, I recommend checking it out.
