We attended the session on planning funerals and were very impressed by the amount of information we learned and that the speaker actually made the evening fun.
We have had many of our family members use this funeral home and every funeral has always been handled perfectly and with great respect.
So we have made all of our arrangements with Neidecker, Crosser and Priesman Funeral Homes. We even have our stone in place at the cemetery already. What a relief it is to not have to leave these decisions to our family and to know that everything will be taken care of for them at a difficult time in their lives.

On behalf of our family We really appreciated your kindness and care that you took with my mom’s cremation needs when I came to you in grief, Tom even stopped by my house to take care of a few items in which was more than greatly appreciated! As well as checked in on me after some time had passed. This is a great family owned funeral service and I would highly recommend them.

I am deeply indebted to Tom and everyone at the Lakeside location for their support and services after the passing of my father. They made the process easy and painless while we were dealing with so much unpleasantness. They were compassionate, respectful, and kind during the whole process. They follow up afterwards to see how you are doing and ask if there is anything they can do for you. I appreciated having their help and guidance during that difficult time.

Our family was so impressed with these folks at how very kind and also extremely professional they were at the death of my father. Every detail was thought of. They even helped my newly widowed mother out of the car, got her walker out of the trunk, offered her their arm, covered her with an umbrella and escorted her into a warm chair in their beautiful funeral home. It was so peaceful in there. This is just one of many examples they showed us with their thoughtfulness and compassion. Every detail was taken care of, just as my father would have wanted. We can't thank them enough for helping to guide us through those rough few days. They treated us like family and we're grateful for their expert care!

The staff was professional and very sympathetic. Making decisions after the passing was hard but Tom was very patient and kind. It helped the process go smoothly.

I highly recommend Neidwcker, Crosser & Priesman Funeral Home. I live 2.5 hours away from Marblehead and Tom made the entire experience as easy as possible during my time of grief. His team has also followed up many times with me since my mom’s passing which is very nice and unexpected. I also used this funeral home when my dad passed away 5 years ago and had an equally high quality experience then.

I highly recommend Neidecker, Crosser, Preistman. From the Preplanning service and support to the services and care while grieving the loss of my mom. They have a beautiful, wellmaintained locations. They helped arrange for our family who could not attend, a webcasting of the service. They take the stress off me and helped handle all the details. I found having things pre-planned made it all much easier and recommended you give them a call. Everyone was so professional and caring. I received an organized packet of information to help guide me through the details of things that need to be addressed after the service. They offered grief support and they continued to follow up to be sure we had what we needed. Truly caring professionals during the worst time of your life.
