I had an issue with an online order going through so I called and left a message before their business hours. Within a couple hours I received a phone call to sort out the issue. Gordon was very pleasant and verified the item I tried to order was still in stock. I gave my payment information and he said they’d be on the way. That was Friday. I had the pants Monday multiple states away. Excellent customer service.

Took my son in to Geiger’s Lakewood to get new skis and were helped by Tom. What an amazing experience. He was so knowledgeable and helpful, we could not have been happier with everything we purchased. What a great guy and great business. You just cannot find local shops like these anymore!

I love this place top to bottom. Everyone that works there is very friendly and they have the best selection in a lot of different categories. They carry a lot of items that you can’t find anywhere else but online.

I had to purchase AAU uniforms. I called several local stores. The staff at Geigers was by far the most helpful. Tom Willard took time to discuss all my options with cost, logos, lettering, and sizing. He stayed within the team budget and the uniforms look great! I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at this store.

Outstanding commitment to customer service. I hadn't updated my PayPal address to reflect my location...sent an email and Gordon fixed it asap. Just received my order with free shipping no less. Very quick and easy. I'm a satisfied customer. I'll keep coming back.

Disappointed. Took my skis here for a tune up and was told that I would be charged a small "cleaning fee" which I agreed to upon drop off. When I picked up my skis, I was charged an additional fee for "excessive rust" that almost doubled the original tune up price without being notified of the fee before pick up.The skis were also still dirty after being charged a cleaning fee and was told, "the snow will clean the rest of the skis." Definitely feel taken advantage of!
