Walked in at 2:35 PM on Friday. No one in the building proceeded to look for my part when I found what I needed, nobody to check me out. Worst experience won’t go back.

It's not just a hardware store! There's a deli and ice cream shop attached. Folks were nice, lovely wife states the hardware store has been here a while but the ice cream(soft serve) is something new. I'll drop one day in the near future and check out the Deli and update this review. I got the last slice of lemon cake and the lovely Mrs got the mango dole whip and both were yummy.

I was walking by here today with some friends and saw the place so we went in to check it out. The man on the counter was on the phone so we tried to say quiet. We walked around and as soon as he got off the phone we where told if we weren’t going to buy something then get out. We immediately left. Do not recommend the staff is very rude.

The worlds best home town old fashioned hardware store! I love how it's like a time machine!! Fantastic service, and knowledgeable too, any questions are answered. A full service independent hardware store right out of the happy days!

I would personally never ever shop or do any business here as my family parked out front of this place for the polar express and the greedy owner had their car towed as soon as my family got back from the polar express they see the car got towed. My 3 nephews all under the age of 5 where stranded out in the cold. Did this business owner try to help keep everyone warm no did this business owner be nice and talk to my family no. Instead my sister called me and thank goodness I was down that way going to the Christmas ranch and had to leave to get to my nephews out of the cold. While on the phone I head this business owner yelling and screaming at my family same with his crazy daughter. Little does he know that my mom was actually injured and my sister is pregnant and that’s how you treat people?!? Crazy to me the police men I even talked to stated the car wasn’t even blocking anything we had to tow it to shut him up! How dare you treat people like this around this time of year let alone why would you? To add he was charging people $20 to park in his parking lot!!! Like what dude greedy greedy people if he is charging for parking like that I wonder what else he is over charging for.

We were in town for the polar express train ride. Pulled in to a spot on the side of the road that another car pulled out of. There was no “no parking signs no yellow lines”. The back bumper of the car did however go into where it looked to be a driveway that was a fenced off area that the gates opened into that area but where closed and locked. It took us 5-10 minutes to unload 3 children under the age of 5 nobody said anything. Took the train ride came back and car was towed. When we asked why the owner of the building not the street went crazy along with his crazy daughter only one in their family with a brain was his wife. In town was some type of parade and they wanted to price gouge people to park there. What was sad was the road was closed when we got back they never even opened their fence and nobody could have parked there anyways! So these greedy butt people stranded 3 children 2 hours from home for nothing. They saw us park there admitted they saw us and said nothing to us. The police even said they only towed it to shut him up. There was no ticket no warning nothing the police kept apologizing for the owner that was rude. So why would anyone want to do business with a company that was more worried about price gouging people then about any type of common courtesy all they had to say was could you not park there and we would have moved! Plus it was a city street not his private property. This business owner took advantage that the police where not from this town they were there to help because of the parade. If he will do that over something he made no money on he will definitely rip his business customers off. But that’s just my opinion. I’m normally correct on these things!

They carry hard to find nuts and bolts that otherwise you would have to order online and wait for. Very happy to not have to delay my project due to waiting on bolts.

Stopped in today to get hardware for a shelf. I was immediately acknowledged and he knew just what I needed. Everything he gave me worked like a charm. So glad to have this local business so close to me. Such a charming store with great people.

My husband and I spent a romantic evening around town trying to find furnace filters. Lowe’s, Home Depot and Rural King were all out. The next morning, off to Brant’s I went! Sure enough, they had plenty of what we needed. Lucky to have this gem in town and the friendly, helpful staff!
