My girlfriend Brooke McConnell worked at this bank for almost 1 1/2 years when she was having our first son they harassed her about everything she did at the bank even though she did her job great and efficiently and showed up when she could due to being pregnant. Ultimately this harassment forced her out of the work environment as it was a toxic place to work. Since her unemployment with the company, she has worked really hard on working at a different career and saved money to work on her credit so we can buy a home for our 3 children. Farmers state bank then proceeded to leave a derogatory remark on her credit for a secured loan that had a $0 balance and was completely paid. Susanne told Brooke she was going to fix this issue and nothing has since been done. Every time my girlfriend calls and ask for a account balance or any type of customer service this bank absolutely makes her jump through hoop after hoop to even accomplish anything seems how the bank can’t ever keep good workers (which reflects on how they treat their employees.) It has been an absolute nightmare dealing with this company. We would switch her account but it is required by our mortgage company for us to have the same bank for over 2 years to be subject to a first home loan. I suggest this be the last place anybody ever tried to work with or even be employed at due to the horrendous customer service and workplace environments. I work in an customer service industry my self helping people getting home improvements done with their homes and if I EVER treated a customer how they treated my significant other I would be out of a job. So do your research before you trust a government funded bank!
