I walk in the store and get swarmed by 4 employees and each time I said I was just looking. Within the 10 minutes of walking around a few of of them came back and asked if I was still good. Very clear they are worried about getting their commission. Made me not buy anything, and I now will buy online for now on.

Staff is very knowledgeable and hard working. When you shop here, the workers are like your assistant, they go get clothes, different sizes and suggest other clothes that might look good on you. Great experience!

My son Brought a bag I liked, but it had to go back the next day. Poorly made. Handle, both sides came apart. At closer look the stitching would have come apart also. They do have nice things but paying 60.00 and having it fall apart . I don't think so

My wife and went there on 4/11/21 to buy some dudes. We walked by 2 associates and didn’t ask us one time if we needed help with anything. So we went to the back of the store to look at the hey dude shoes. There were 4 girls standing behind the cash register talking amongst themselves and the other girl that was working was talking about the returns and how cute were. And while we where back by the shoes two associates walked by my wife and I not even caring that we were standing there waiting for assistance. When they walk back out of the employee room one went back to work and the was taking selfie’s and talking about how she was going to go get a pretzel. We stood for about 10 minutes with no assistance so we left the store.

Went in for the first time yesterday. Right as I walked in a very friendly store associate asked if I needed help. I commented on how much I loved her shoes. With out hesitation she offered for me to try hers on(since they are only online). She then proceeded to help me find a few new tops. I had been to 2 other stores and not had nearly as good of a customer service experience. Guys you get what you pay for! High quality clothing and exceptional customer service will get my business every time! I will be back!!

Very very good service!! We stepped foot in the store and Kylie greeted me asking what I'm looking for. I said jeans. And she brings me right to them and suggests many that she thought I would like. Mason came over and also picked many out that he thought would be nice! Tried many pairs on till I found the right one. Very awesome and kind. Thank you guys. Very nice products too, would so recommend stopping by The Buckle!
