Clean place. Good products. Convenient drive thru. 2 stars because prices are wild. By far the most expensive dispensary in the area. Others offer the same quality products for like half the price.

Yall did medical patients that stood by your side WRONG $60 for a single cart?!?!? Yall must be smoking your own good good *EDIT still selling .84 not even 1.0g luster pods, THAT ARE YOUR BRAND. For $55, I was buying them for $14 not even 2 years ago. What happened?? Squeezing the recreational crowd, and the medical patients that stood by you when you opened, get shafted for your profit. Weak stuff guys really unimpressive.

Prices are getting out of hand—especially for your own brand products. On top of that, the added fees just for using a card and the automatic rounding up make no sense. It feels like you're squeezing every extra dollar you can out of customers. Disappointing to see😔

This is sad. I used to love this place. Greed people! You increased your price on your on flower 12.50 per jar. No 14.15 klutch products. I can go to another dispensary and buy your flower cheaper. You should never be more expensive at your own dispensary! I have not been back. I love the staff ,but I shop within a budget and your dispensary has price itself out! Rec was never supposed to infringe on the medical program. This company has price gouged before it's even in effect. Love your flower, but the is alot of amazing competition my h better priced.

Your prices are ridiculous and just lost me as a customer? That is price gouging at it's finest? I couldn't get through on the phone but every time I go inside there is 10 people standing around doing absolutely nothing,bad business!!!!

Normally a concentrate person but with Klutch's variety of edibles ive been branching out. The edible honey is amazing whatever flavor you get and a little goes a long ways. That being added their hazelnut spread from wellspring farms was a perfect replica of Nutella. Their carts are good. Their disposables were okay. I worked in a vape/smoke shop for 4yrs tested and trialed everything from disposables we carried in there to med disposables our main job was educating people on proper storage techniques and charging practices to ensure your disposable doesn't vent or spit. I was disappointed to det a disposable that decided to vent a couple hours after it was purchased. I understand that it happens and that with the type of product it is its a small risk of buying disposables it was just disappointing to have happen after spending 42$ on it. Their carts/pods are worth purchasing I just needed to get a new battery which is why I went with the disposable.

It was a good place when they first opened. Then, like all of these businesses, the greed gets real. Pods that were $20 are now $60. You're going to lose more customers with your crazy prices.

The experience is awesome. But y'all lost me as a very well spending customer due to the over priced products... 25 bucks for a vape and now there 60..... Over 50 bucks for a tenth.... This company will definitely not make it long. Very sad...

The supervisor Sarah who won't give her name and Brendan one of the security guards are very disrespectful , berate their customers and also assault caregivers. They tell you to go to Rise if your not white .
I've had an issue with my caregiver card , and Brendan yells at me and tells me that he knows I'm buying for myself and he became very aggressive and lunged towards me as he was going to hit me. I also have a card and have an active recommendation , so why would I use another ? And he did this infront of other customers. He and his supervisor should be ashamed of themselves. The supervisor Sarah does not want to correct her supervised employees and would not let me make a complaint in peace or away from the person verbally assulting me. I will be raising this to the GM (who will probably treat me the same way) and also to the pharmaceutical board to get this handled immediately. He was so angry and full of hate it is disgusting. The whole crew was white... no diversity at all. That's your number one sign.
