“This is a WONDERFUL place. I was looking for a new vet closer to home and honestly was having a hard time finding one. Everything was so expensive and the care was not great. I am now in the process of switching all my animals to this vet.
Dr. Jackson and staff are phenomenal. He is so patient, doesn’t rush you, and is so good with my animals. He’s also laid back which I appreciate. I feel like other vets made me feel bad like I wasn’t doing enough for my animals, but I never once felt that way. I cannot recommend enough. Prices are also reasonable. Everyone was great here, from walk in to leaving.
If you’re looking for a new vet, I cannot recommend them enough. This is seriously the place I was waiting to find.”
“Ok, I can't say enough good about Dr Faulkner and his staff. We weren't patients for very long. Our Baxter who was only 10 mos old had to b put down last night. The clinic was technically closed but Dr Faulkner and the staff stayed to do surgery. As soon as we came in the door they were all over us, loving on Baxter and and reassuring me. Unfortunately sometimes things like this happen and no matter the love or care received isn't enough. This was my Bax. He was only 10 mos old. He absolutely loved everyone at the Gentle Vet. They make you feel so welcomed and provide quality care for your pet. I will be forever grateful to them for the love and excellent care they showed my baby. When the time is right, I'm sure I'll b a mom again and the Gentle Vet is where I'll be coming. They are truly wonderful people. Thanks everyone for all you did.”
“Dr. Phillips is amazing! I’ve been to many vets and this vet is by far the best. Daisy is super anxious at the vet & Dr Phillips and the staff was so gentle & caring with her! “Amazing place . i would tell everyone and anyonje to come here. Dr.Long was a very nice man . my mothers dog has to have a growth removed and teeth cleaning and vaccination . got the nails cut , i went to the family pet clinic in garfield heights and they told me 2.6k omg i was sad bc i thought we could not help this poor puppy . maple heights animal hospital all come out to around 300 for everything i could not belive the diffence. the place in garfiledd told me jan was only opening they had and maple heights animal hopital will have her in on monday the 4th . amazsing experiance”

“I never take the time to write reviews but -They fit me in last minute to check my cat Ellie’s stitches from getting spayed. Ellie has CH, so she is a wobbly cat and I am very careful with where I take her because of this. But I was worried they were infected and wanted to get somewhere quickly. They were kind and extremely quick to help. I was so worried because I had a flight in a few hours and they eased my worries. My boyfriend and I were so impressed with how calm Ellie was with them. She let them hold her and she laid in my lap while we waited for the vet. I LOVED this because I hate leaving her alone back there while waiting in the lobby at most vets. I am considering making this both of my cats’ main vet.”

“Caring, kind, expert knowledge, onsite lab and pharmacy, best vet practice we've experienced in two states over 20 years and 4 dogs. Our very sick dog was seen the same day on two occasions. Gave him fluids on yet a third day without an appointment. Just the best, with a special thanks to Dr. O'Neil.”
“Dr Smith is the best veterinarians there is. Period. I would give more stars if I could. She really cares about the pets under her care like they were her own. She's also extremely knowledgeable and has taken care of our Labs for many long years. I can't recommend her enough.”

“Dr. Perdue and her entire staff are the most genuinely kind, compassionate, empathic, and highly educated people we have dealt with for our animals. There have been a multitude of issues our dogs and cats have had over the years and Dr. Perdue expertly diagnosed and treated them all with precision. She is an expert diagnostician and cares about the animal and family. We would be lost without her and her staff.”
“Bartels pet hospital. Walking in the doors is a welcoming experience. I know as everyone does going to the vet is extremely stressful for both human and furry friend. We worry for our four legged friends. But when i go to bartels. That stress dissipates. The front desk workers are hard working and always going the extra mile. While prices can be high they are fair. The nurse like people are amazing as they welcome you into your appointment and help you with the process. The vets are perfect. Always focused on you and your furry friend. Treating your dog not as a wild animal but as a member of your family. I can’t speak highly enough on this team and this place. Building is a staple in brecksville been my parents went here and now i go here. I thank the dedicated team and Vets who work hard to make sure we go home with our fury friends feeling better ?”

The staff at Woodland vet is patient and caring for our dog, despite her attitude. They’re very accommodating and thorough with all the procedures she’s had to have and the staff takes the time to walk us through the medical and financial portion of each visit. “I'm posting a review before I even finish treatment cause I'm THRILLED. Yesterday I took my 13 year old schnauzer to Dr. Beach. I was at wits end, stressed, upset. My dog always had allergies but this year was awful I couldn't manage it at home. It got so bad his eyelid rolled over and scratched his cornea causing swelling, discomfort and pain. All this on top of his skin being hot, red to the touch, so itchy he was literally ripping himself open and bleeding. I spent almost $800 but this included 5 meds, a full panel lab work, visit, nail trim, a shot he needed, eye testing, exc. Honestly the pricing was great and the whole process was great. Dr. Beach and her team took a LOT of time checking Teddy over and going over everything in superior detail and answering my million questions (I'm a very nervous Nellie about my animals health). We started the meds and the new shampoo last night and before his second dose this morning he's doing so much better! For the first time in a month he slept almost the entire night, his eye was hardly goopey, his skin isn't red, exc. He's running around our house already again. I'm not sure what magical exlier she gave him but I'm over the moon with his treatment. Thank you so so much! He will be in for his recheck in a couple weeks :)

“My first experience here was when my dog had to have surgery on her hind leg. Since that initial visit and each one since every single staff member there that I have interacted with has been stupendous. You can tell they are dedicated to the care of our pets.”
