I swore I had written a review here already, but I did not, and I wanted to share my experience. MTS is truly amazing. They've helped me out twice now when I was in a bind and I recommend them to anyone who needs tire work done. Last year, I brought my husband's car in because he had wires showing on his tire. I got there early in the morning, and Joe took off the tire and it was a hot mess. Like I shouldn't have been driving on it bad. I needed the car for an appointment later that day, and was in a panic about what I was going to do. Joe was absolutely willing to help me and he loaned me a spare tire just so I could get to Mentor and back. But he did much more than that. He ordered a set of tires that arrived later that day! I brought the car back in the afternoon and he had the new tires on in an hour. And at a very reasonable price too! He jumped through hoops to get me back on the road and not only that, to get me SAFELY on the road when I needed a quick fix. Who else do you know that will go above and beyond for you like that? Especially when it comes to your car! Flash forward to last week. My car got stuck in the driveway, was spinning my tires to get out. Must have dug up something in the driveway because my tire was flat the next morning. Called MTS and they were booked up until the following week. With all the snow we got, I wasn't surprised! But again, I was in a bind and needed to be mobile in the next couple days for appointments. The nice lady who answered said she might be able to get the guys out that day, or possibly the next day. I reached back out later to see if they had any time, and whether or not I should try to figure something else out. I knew they were swamped so I didn't want to put more work on them if they honestly didn't have the capacity. Well, Joe got back to me that night and said he could come by early the next morning. He got there, diagnosed my problem (there was a bolt in my tire, of course), and fixed my flat tire within an hour. He didn't have to come, or squeeze me in, because I knew he was already squeezing in everyone else! But he did, and I am so so thankful he helped me out. And within 24 hours to boot! He's a real stand up guy. Actually, everyone there is. It's hard to find someone reliable and someone who is willing to help and make time for their customers. Joe and the people at MTS do it, and do it with a smile on their face. They've saved my butt TWICE now and I cannot say thank you enough. I highly recommend coming to see Joe and team at MTS for all of your tire needs. I will never go anywhere else. When I need my tires replaced, which I will in the near future, I will not hesitate to call them. I'll give them a bit more advanced notice this time though :D. Call MTS! You won't regret it!

EXTREMELY BLESSED family business. I was in awe of locating a mobile tire shop. Awesome service & very friendly. I had a flat tire and they saved the day in a timely fashion. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely recommend

We appreciate MTS tire service so much! We blew two camper tires on the highway and they came and brought 2 brand new tires and put them on the camper for us. We can’t thank them enough! Highly recommend them.

Joe at MTS was amazing! We blew a rear inside tire on our motorhome, and limped in on 3. He made it his mission to keep us safe. Joe replaced the shredded tire, pointed out and marked a bubble on the outer tire, and gave us great advice for traveling til we could replace all 4 back tires (which we did the next morning). I would definitely do business with Joe again!
