Went in for a physical. Jaclyn was my practitioner today and was extremely professional and SUPER knowledgeable in her area of expertise. Was a great experience learning about certain health aspects and was treated great. Will return for sure!

NP was super kind and explained things in a very understandable way.

Very thorough and no problems. The NP had a very busy morning but I didn't feel rushed and everything was on time.

I visited the clinic for a DOT physical. Practitioner Kellie was professional, thorough, and very nice! Scheduling online was easy and my visit started right on time.

Their website showed they remove splinters, so I made an appointment. When I get there, the NP calls someone at CVS to see if it's a service they provide. He later tells me they don't do splinters and that I would have to go to an urgent care. I don't understand why they have it on their website if it's not something they do!!

My experience was with Kellie Birchmeier the family nurse practitioner. She is lovely and transparent and for the first time in a long while I got informed consent on my diagnosis and about medicine and their effects, and adverse effects. I did follow the instructions to arrive 15 mins early and she was honest when I checked in at the kiosk that I would be seen 15 mins after my apt time, which is pretty impressive. At any urgent care I typically wait 45 mins and ma never told a time. At my pcp office I generally wait 30 kids in the waiting area then another 30 in the physical exam room. I gave this experience and specifically Kellie 5 stars.

Had an appointment for 11:20am. It's now 12:02pm & still sitting here with someone in line IN FRONT OF ME. They said their appointment was at 11am. Wow.. Would have been quicker to go to urgent care. Will not be back.

This may be the worst customer service, I’ve experienced to get a simple rapid test. Booked appointment hours in advance, showed up early, checked in early. Sat for 40 minutes before even seeing the nurse. Place is a joke.

Literally the worst medical care I’ve ever experienced. The nurse practitioner didn’t listen to my needs and prescribed treatment that didn’t work. When I came back to follow up they said I’d be better off going somewhere else. Go to the urgent care across the parking lot, you’ll save money and time.

Terrible! I went there to get a physical for work and I had to wait an hour even with an appointment time. When I finally got in there they said I needed paper records of my shots I got at my pediatrician! Who has those on them? That’s YEARS ago! I asked if I could have them fax them over and they said no, had to be in paper. Women was very rude about it and showed no signs of sympathy, didn’t want to help me and she let me know I was a waste of her time.

Tarah was an amazing provider! She has great bedside manner, especially with kiddos. I really love bringing my daughter here when she is sick. So clean, so convenient and I know we can trust Tarah.

Tried to go to my appointment. It wouldn’t find me in the system. There was nobody there to help, so when I tried to add a new appointment…. the system froze completely. 20 minutes of sitting there, absolutely no help was offered. I drove 25 minutes because this minute clinic offered a Covid test type I needed. Waste of time

I had to get a preventative bio screening for my insurance. Thank goodness CVS Minute Clinic did these becouse my local urgent cares did not and had to get completed with 2 days left. Went there and there was no wait no one ahead of me so I really can't offer a review in regards to that. I can offer a review in regards to my experience. The nurse practitioner was absolutely amazing! Very nice and personable and when I said I was in recovery her response was nothing but supportive and non judgmental. She said some of her favorite ppl have struggled with addiction. I just had a really nice, comfortable, and warm experience and so thankful she was the person assigned there that day!!Registration was super easy and simple too. No excessive paperwork or questions so that was a plus too. I will definitely go there next time and prob bypass my local urgent cares.

Worst customer service ever. No one at the front. Can’t call if you’re running late. If you try, you’ll get sent to an automated “call center” where it’s impossible to inform anyone you’re late and find out if that’s ok or not. When I showed up 5 minutes late, there were two iPads where one would logically check in but they weren’t working. Finally I walked over to the pharmacy to ask someone what I was missing and they said there was a different computer for check ins. This check in station was in the corner and poorly marked at that. By the time I had checked in though, 12 minutes after my initial appointment, my log in code had expired.Still haven’t been able to speak to anyone at the actual minute clinic. No wonder the little clinic in Kroger’s is so much busier. You can actually call or walk in and talk to someone and everything is clearly marked.

I’ve been there a few times and have had some issues but my friend just went in for a routine sports physical and they said they wouldn’t do it because the nurse doesn’t want to “sign her name” if somethings wrong because she doesn’t want to be responsible? And then proceeded to ask if she has a pcp and she said she hasn’t been in a while and she said “of course you haven’t so their records wouldn’t do any good anyways”. Ridiculous. Sounds like she’s in the wrong profession to me.
