The new L.A. Hair Salon & Spa is amazing! The new owner worked for Vicki for more than 15 years before taking over and moving to a new location. You can still get the quality and care you expected from the original salon with new benefits, a great new product line, and an excellent vibe. The stylists are so kind and genuinely care about your experience. Since using the new product line (Arete') my hair is the healthiest it's been in ages! They really go the extra mile with things like a drink station, keeping a clean salon, creating an amazing vibe, and offer memberships, sales, and so much more. Whether you're looking for a new place to get your hair done or need to sparkle up those nails, this is the place!

If you want your hair looking like you had a bad box dye trip I suggest going here. Don't ever attempt to try to get your money back either because they will say it isn't their policy and act like your hair looks fine. Also after you complain they will try and say the stylist suggested doing something else which is also a LIE . I'll never step foot in this establishment again. This is not how you run a business and if you have any policies about if a stylist compeltley screws your hair up and there's no way for a refund you should make clients aware before doing their hair ?

Love the atmosphere here. Jenny is great love my cut. Shop is very accommodating has all the services you would want. I even saw SANTA there getting ready for the holidays.

They called me asking for Harrison and when I told them there was no Harrison available, they rudely hung up on me! Do not go there! They will rudely hang up on you!
