If I could give negative stars I would. They are terrible. Clueless, rude, uneducated, disrespectful, and overall an awful pharmacy to work with.

This is honestly the worst pharmacy and I don't understand how they still are operating! Called the store because my dr accidentally sent my scripts here, they told me they would be ready in 90 minutes, ok cool! I live 30 min away, it give me time to get just back, to pick up my kids off the bus. Get there around 2pm, 90 min later to be told that only 3 were ready and 2 won't be ready untill tomorrow! Why did you tell me they would be ready then?? It was are call center, they don't know what's going on in the store! I let them know it was a kiss poor excuse cause I have a Recorded call from the damn store! I record my calls! Then I was told to go around the line, so they could fill the next person and all my meds would be ready in 15!! What is it then? 90 min, tomorrow, 15?? Wallgreens used to be extremely reliable but honestly I see why they are shutting down nation wide! They look like they are running around going crazy! It's just a mess here!

If I could give them zero stars I would because the staff in the pharmacy is the rudest and most unfriendly pharmacy I’ve ever been to. If you don’t have to, don’t go here because it’s not even worth the hassle

I came to pick up medication for 3-year-olds inner ear infection. They wouldn't charge the insurance properly then when I go to receive the medication The Foreigner behind the counter through the medication at me. I was also behind someone else who said that she had to sit there and count her medication every time she came in because they always miscount what is in the prescription and shorted her almost every time. Then the girl behind the counter got extremely nasty with another employee because she wanted to use the computer. The girl helping me told the other lady she wasn't allowed to touch her computer and to go find another one. These are some of the absolute nastiest people I have ever witnessed in my life in a pharmacy.

The attitude of the lady at the photo pick up is absolutely horrible. I haven’t seen such an unfriendly staff for a while.

I asked the tech if they took my insurance so I could leave CVS and the circus it’s become there. She told me to find out for myself if it’s accepted. I guess I should try Kroger’s.

They have a call center that is as dependable as a bull in a china shop. Then whoever takes calls can't understand the difference between 2 different medications and which to refill when 1 only 1 was asked for. Ended up with the wrong script that couldn't use and that is desperately needed for my daughter's well being.
They got more apologies and excuses then anyone that I know. Got a whole gaggle of people here to serve but makes no difference if they can't do their job correctly. I am very happy me and family will be doing our future business with a more reputable business. Walgreens isn't it. At this rate they should be out of business just like Rite Aid.

Some of their the techs really need more training, and need to not lie to customers to cover the fact that they don't know something. I already know what you're telling me just isn't true, so stop doubling down on it when it takes you 2 seconds to ask someone.
There is one pharmacist who really helped a lot when I had to transfer everything from Rite Aid. I take a couple of things that are uncommon, and she made sure they were in before I needed them, which really eased some of my worries about the move.

Absolutely horrible i got followed around like a thief and i have never stole anything i work hard for my money n i have spent a ton of money in that store I got treated so bad by the girls at the pharmacy that I'm having my medicine moved my pharmacy was rite aid but unfortunately Walgreens bought them out n now they are closing its sad to see rite aid go going to miss being treated like a human being. I absolutely do not recommend going to Walgreens.

Been trying to get my sons medication for too long, in tired of being lied too. First day I called them and was told his meds would be ready after 2pm I show up at 230 was told they don't have any medications for him they will try to find them next day went to our DR, she called all three prescriptions in I called them to make sure they got them I was told that 1 of them would be ready that day and the other 2, 2 days from them because they sent them to Columbus to be filled.... (Why the hell did you send them to Columbus, they were not controlled or anything just an antihistamine and his odd meds) After a bit of argueing they said that they could go ahead and fill those as well..I called them later that night oh they didn't have the one that they were filling to start with in stock and they will have it Friday(Thursday was a holiday) guess what they dont have it and they MIGHT have it Monday and told me I would get a text when it was ready.... He's already out....
