Do not open a business account with them! Especially if you are trying to deposit large checks into your account! The check first has to get approval from the branch manager who answers at his leisure. Then the teller repeatedly told him “7 days” almost as a whisper so we couldn’t hear after an hour of waiting on him to call. She hangs up and says he decided it will take 7 business days so the funds won’t b available until December 9th (today is 11/27/24)! Then we made a cash deposit to bring our account current. Went to use our debit card and the card is locked!!! Close all three of our accounts Friday!!!

I sure wish I could give this a minus 5 stars. My husband and I have a business acct. (That we drove clear to Wooster toset up with our favorite bank assistant)the staff at this location act like we are wasting their time,don't smile, rude,andwhen we get a check from the company that pays our companythey make a big deal of it. This company has never bounced a check with us ever. We are really thinking of closing all of our accounts and going to chase bank.Very frustrated.
