Sad, sad establishment. At least be fun if you're gonna be selective. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Bye.

Please do not support Jimmy D's. The bouncer did not allow access to my girlfriend because she is deaf and did not hear his question. Upon telling him of her condition, he only got more offensive and threatened to call the police. There are many other bars in south side that do not discriminate against people and I advise you to support others. Attached is a photo of the bouncer and I strongly support an investigation into his actions.

Not sure why this place gets such a bad rap. It's a club that boasts more mainstream and trashy music, which may not be for everyone. The style of the club is definitely more street and less refined, but it's certainly a place you can have fun if you're not looking to have too much personal space or good service. Drinks usually have plenty of alcohol, shots are big, and overall drinks aren't too expensive. Only complaint is that there is no free water -- you have to buy bottled water. I get that it's a slight money maker, but it's a bad look for customer health and safety.

Doesn't allow gym shorts. What an absolute joke. Is convinced it lives in the 19th century where only the Lord's clothes are allowed. If you get into this bar, tell them to go back to the 13th century where they belong. Unbelievable.

I went for the first time. Right before I walked In, police officer said I'm not allowed because I'm wearing "slides". Meanwhile, women with 99 cent flip flops are allowed in because they are "thong sandals". Honestly, don't waste your time waiting in this line. Wish someone would have told me that before I got in line and waited over 15 min for them to check my ID but deny me Last second. Just wanted to let the world know Not to wear these sandals When coming to this bar. Happily spent my money at another bar. Peace!!!!!!! Never trying to go there again Ps. I have attached a pic of my Shoes for reference

Good venue for Thursday nights! Good college crowd and a decent crowd. This is a cash only location.

This is a fun place to go and dance with friends however I lost an item in their bar area and I was trying to call an entire weekend and there is absolutely no answer by making continuous calls I was an out of town visiting so therefore I was unable to get a hold of him or stop there to pick it up because no one would answer my phone call...ANSWER YA DAMN PHONES

Didn't let my friend in for having "hairy armpits" and wearing a tank top. A girl was wearing a tank top and wanted to leave because the guy didn't get in and the bouncer called her "an entitled b****** Don't go here. Sub-par DJ and many other fun places to go that don't desperately try to get girls to come to their bar.

Our group tried to get in here around 12:30 am on a Saturday. While there was a line, it wasn't out of control. However, the bouncer picked out one of the guys in our group to chastise in front of everyone (after we already entered the bar) because, "he said 'okay' in a loud and offensive tone." We then challenged this, only to be told that, "our mothers must not have told us 'no' enough." He also threatened to fight us. This place is a wreck. You can see the second floor violently shaking from the ground floor bar and it's not really worth being glared at and pushed around the entire time.

was standing in line and watched the bouncer call a girl a "fat b***** as she walked by minding her business. he screamed it at her like he knew her from somewhere but decided that while he was working it would be a good time to harass her while she literally was not doing anything to anyone.

The bouncers are unreasonable and prejudice. The place is mediocre at best and overall is just isn't worth the hassle of the b. Jimmy D only criteria is being white, straight and having normal hair. Anything that scares them they will kick out. They can't take normalcy. Anything that deviates from the mean is terrifying to this institution. It is sad to see. When I came here I thought America was an inclusionary country It is sad to see that jimmy D proved otherwise.
