First I wanna say thank you so much to rob and Lance. They were absolutely amazing. They did everything they could to get me approved. Lance was very informative about the cars and rob was so nice. Rob even gave me more for my trade in just so I wouldn't have to make my loan more. I highly highly recommend this place. It's also amazing how much he has done with his life and having that many years. They are opening up there new spot today so I recommend this place 100,000 thousand percent.

I don't know if I called up Rob on a bad day, but it was legitimately the most argumentative & condescending 5 minute phone conversation I've ever had with a used car salesman. Your loss Rob, I went across the river and found a comparable vehicle with far less miles on a car lot in Williamstown, and I didn't get treated like absolute trash in the process.

I have been on the hunt for a while now for a good reliable car. Something affordable, decent mileage, and of course reliable. I stopped awhile back to check out his cars, and I can say from that first experience I had a lot of fun just browsing and getting to know Rob. Fast forward to present time, I reached out to him asking if he had anything and he did! After SEVERAL hours of bargaining, with some good humored fun, and chit chat, I pulled off the lot with my needle in a haystack find and he was super awesome through the whole process. His son, whose name I can not remember, (sorry)😆, is also excellent at what he does and is SUPER sweet. I should add, I had 3 kids with me through 90% of this process and they were AWESOME with the kids being around and had so much patience with them. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a good, reliable, and affordable car. He’ll be honest with you, and he’ll definitely take on a good natured bargain within reasonable limits.

Robert is a awesome person in general,but as a dealer..feels more like talking to your best friend.
He is fair, very honest ,upfront with all vehicles, pricing is fantastic and he will always put you in something that you know you will like and love in the end. And the quality of vehicles are phenomenal, definitely a place to go for a vehicle.

Drove 40 miles with an appointment scheduled to test drive a car. Waited for 15 minutes past the appointment time and nobody showed. The car they had listed with 300 miles as like a new car, and it had 128000 on it. They never showed. Super aggravating and disappointing

I would give them a 0 star of i could. I called a week ago and said I wanted to buy a SUV lmk when it's available . Got cash will buy. Due to it being repaired. He said yes absolutely I'll call you as soon as it's done. Nope never did n just sold it. This guy is what gives car lots a bad name. SMH

Bought my first car (14 Sentra) from Rob earlier this week. When I first called him to inquire about the car he was on vacation, but he still picked up the phone quickly and was willing to answer a few quick questions I had about the listing; during the entire process he was honest, patient, understanding, and went above and beyond helping me out with my purchase. I cannot recommend this dealer more-- thanks again for everything!
