Its a very hit or miss place. The food normally pretty good but the waits can be ridiculous. If they say 20 minutes then you should expect 40.

Drab environment. Lifeless bodies seemingly functioning on autopilot. While I've not had any negative interactions with anyone, I've also never seen anyone here even slightly smile, or seem happy to be there, EVER!!! NOT A SINGLE PERSON! This speaks LOUDLY on every aspect of management!!! So, for WHOEVER or WHATEVER aspect of management that's the head captain, GM, owner, whoever, PLEASE, DO BETTER! With many places paying >2X's min. wage, know that your employees have MANY choices these days. Give them a reason to want to be the face of your establishment and provide top notch service& products. Better quality &environment will likely result in greater revenue!

I have been going to this location for years. The quality has become inconsistent and not of papa John’s standards. I’ve reached out to the location a couple times so this isn’t without private communication asking for it to get better. I do not eat dairy so that’s why the no cheese. Missing from the pic that I did order is pineapple. The crust didn’t even rise this time. I travel for work and this by far is one of the lowest quality locations. Please do something to make your quality of food better.

We ordered a stuffed crust garlic pizza with cheese and pepperoni and 2 orders of the calzone bits. Was told it be about 16 minutes. Get to Papa John's they haven't even got it in the oven yet. Was told it be other 15 minutes. So I wait. While waiting other lady walks in her ordered had to be remade due to forget to put cheese on her pizza. Why waiting we hear one the employee talking to other customers who walks in. The employee ask the customer. You smoke weed? As we are watching him make pizzas he has no gloves or hair net on. This guy wipes his face and pushes his hair back and proceeded to touch the food..Needless to say are pizza wasn't made right. We won't be eating from Papa John's every again.

I'm utterly disappointed with my recent experience at Papa John's. Despite having paid for delivery, my pizza arrived a staggering hour and a half late, forcing me to pick it up myself. This completely defeats the purpose of delivery service, which I had already paid for.To add insult to injury, the pizza itself was a letdown. The taste was far from what I expected from a reputed chain like Papa John's. It was bland, and the toppings seemed carelessly thrown together. The crust, usually a highlight, was tough and lacked the freshness I've come to associate with their brand.Overall, this experience was not just an inconvenience but a total disappointment. I hope Papa John's addresses these issues promptly, as it's unacceptable for customers to pay for services they don't receive, and then to be served a subpar product.

Ordered online and was told order was delayed by text never came called in and was informed they were out of product. So why are taking orders? Not the first time I have had bad service!

I walked in and the GM I asked you for that it's too late to order she said no I said okay I started getting older she said you can't order from inside you have to call in and I said well I'm staying right here can I just call you from my phone while I'm here she said no you can't be in the lobby I said well shouldn't you lock the and I said well I'm going to go in the parking lot and order food can you just bring it to me there she said no you can order I said what do you mean I can't she refused my services because she made a mistake and didn't all because I live across the street and didn't want to pay delivery fees

Ordered by calling was told 30 minutes got there and told they hadn’t even started it. Then the lady got a crazy attitude because I asked why they didn’t just tell me 50 minutes.

Just got kicked out of here because I voiced my opinion on the calls being outsourced. I was not disrespectful at all. When I pulled up to pick up my food most of the staff was outside hanging out. My food was ready the woman who came in to serve me was ok but I expressed that I didn't liked the calls outsource her response was.... we're too busy to answer our phones your welcome to order from somewhere else....what???? Ok I said that's cool since your inviting my to order elsewhere I will next time. I had already given her the money for my food then the manager walks up and over heard our conversation and instructed the girl to give me my money back and told her to take her pizzas back ...my order was cancelled and I was told to leave or their calling the police. Not once did I raise my voice or even cuss. This is the most appalling situation I've ever experienced in the service industry and me being being a server and bartender have experienced a lot!!

So I’m looking at Papa John’s online and one of the specials is the papa pairings. Two or more items is $6.99 apiece. I’m curious why the subtotal on two items is $16.98? Two items at $6.99 should be $13.98…..Either this is a typo and needs to be fixed, or Papa John’s is stealing from their customers!!!!

Ordered pizza even though it said 45min wait. Ordered NY style pepperoni and bacon. After 1 hour and 25 mins the pizza finally shows up. Right when the driver handed me the box and it was ice cold I knew it was going be bad. Still tipped the guy gave him $25. Go inside open the box and eat a piece cause of hungry as hell and immediately notice no bacon. Now I'm upset so I call and the guy says that they are so busy he couldn't replace the pizza cause it was over a hour wait and that he would place a credit in my profile for a free pizza. I was upset that was my only option but again it was my only option. Next day I call and a lady answers and puts me on hold and after 20 mins I call from my house phone and the same lady picks up and I'm very upset then cause I'm on hold for 20 mins on one line and she's taking orders on the other. I tell her I want a manager and she says she is. She lets me explain what happened and says there's no record of my order so I look up the online receipt and find all the information and she mysterious finds it and then rudley asks what I want done a free pizza? I said well yeah I didn't get what I ordered and it was late and cold. So I dunno pizza used to be a lot better in my opinion. Bad customer service in the last 6 to 10 months
