I have called multiple times and never been able to get anyone to answer the phone, nor return my voice message. They also say to leave a text at that number which I have also done and still no one has returned the call. I'm just trying to get delivery information yet no one is available. Terrible customer service.

Ordered a new sheet set and blanket. They are everything they claim to be when it comes to keeping your body temperature regulated. I’ll give them a 10.

Store’s employees were inviting and not pushy. Asked the right questions and aided me to a mattress that fitted my body’s needs. Didn’t expect myself to purchase one the day I entered, but I’m glad I did because a new mattress is something exciting! Plus, I’m praying that this resolves some of my back pain. Sleep number is a must because it’s adjustable to what comforts you the best. Best part? It thinks for you and knows your body better than you lol.

The sale was easy and the salesperson, Cas, was great to work with. Unfortunately, my mattress pad was sent to the wrong address. I called in to find the mattress was also heading to the wrong address. Cas corrected the delivery location to the right address but did not re-send the mattress pad. On arrival the bed was great, but I couldn’t use the app. Despite having given my contact information, the contact information was entered incorrectly for the app. The wrong email address. The wrong zip code. I called the store for assistance and left a voicemail. I received no response. I called again. Cas was not working. The salesman that was there informed me he had no ability to help me. He interrupted me as I tried to describe the problem, overtalked me and when I asked his name he hung up on me. I contacted Sleep Number through the web. Claire was quick, efficient and professional. She sent out the mattress pad and fixed my online account. I may shop at SleepNumber again but I will not use the Deerfield location. They seem happy to sell a bed but don’t seem to be interested in where the bed goes or if it works on arrival. I have the impression that once the sale is made all customer service stops. Avoid.

The two gentlemen in the store were amazing. I did a lot of research before stepping in the store so I had a lot of queations. They answered everyone and yes we made the purchase.

We had a good experience in the store and really like the bed we purchased. But very disappointed in the sheets. We have a split top king bed and the sheets do not stay on the bed and within a year a hole was ripped in the sheet. The sets we bought on Amazon for a fraction of the price are much better.

Buyer Beware!!! They are trained to use the words "risk free" when purchasing their very expensive bed system. It is completely false. We have only had the bed 11 days and it was not working well for us, when we tried to return the bed, we were told that they were going to charge us $250 to pick up the bed and there were not allowing the base to be returned. I would hardly call being out over $3,000 risk free. Stay away from Sleep number!

Stopped in the store to get an additional mattress cover to protect my new mattress. Everything I have purchased at the sleep number store is first rate quality. Thanks for having such a super product and wonderful employees in the store.

I spent $2,000 to purchase a Sleep Number bed, headboard and sheets online. One week after my purchase I received an email that the bed would not be available for 2 months. Would not have made the purchase if I knew I had to wait that long. When delivery time finally came, they only delivered a top mattress (I received the headboard separately). I asked where the rest of the bed was I.e bed frame and box spring? The delivery men immediately asked if I made my purchase online. They said the online site is very misleading and they find people regularly think they've purchased a bed when they've only bought the top mattress. They told me I now need to purchase a Sleep Number remote control, bed frame and box spring. When I went into the Deerfield Sleep Number store I was given all kinds of excuses about why it takes so long for them to get products out the door, how he doesn't take responsibility for anything online related, etc. When I asked for the price of a Sleep Number box spring the salesman said I'm getting to that after which he asked for all kinds of information from me. After about 10 minutes of this I asked again what the price was. He said $650. I asked if he could do any better since I'd already spent $2,000 on a simple headboard and top mattress. He responded he already took $50 off. No apologies, ridiculous pricing, poor customer service online and at retail store. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Convenient location, friendly staff, and excellent array of options to try. Sales staff were knowledgeable but I didn't feel like they did a good job selling - often asking ng how we liked the feel of a bed after only just laying down. Not given enough time to roll around b fore yet another question was asked. I think they need to allow shoppers to get settled for 2-3 minutes before asking how they like it compared to the last one.
