Verizon store … 8465 South Mason Montgomery Road, Mason, OH, July 4, 2024 … Excellent service all around. We wanted new phones; Verizon had a deal. David did an excellent job of explaining our options and making sure we got what we wanted/needed. Byron did a fantastic job of setting up our new phones, transferring our data and making sure we were all set as we left the store. He also provided information we would need about the ongoing setup of apps. Bryon was very friendly, extremely helpful and professional as he managed three different customer groups with three different phone/carrier needs and got all to successful conclusions. He demonstrated a brilliant display of knowledge, agility, experience and excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with my experience at this location. Jared, the locations new manager was incredibly helpful and patient with me. I stopped in first thing in the morning and he immediately helped me with my broken phone and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. The service was quick and he's very knowledgeable, highly recommend

Brian Honke was FABULOUS!! Our daughter’s phone took a tank and we came to visit Brian. In minutes we had a new phone, liquid glass protection, a case, a cube- and he even transferred all her information. This is THE place to go in Cincy if you need a new phone! Thanks Brian!!

This is my second visit to this location and the experience has been fantastic both times. Brian Honke has been patient, helpful and courteous both times. His side-kick, (the other Brian) is a very friendly , helpful, very professional person as well. They are a well oiled machine and make each transaction a seamless one.
