I'm currently in the middle of a credit charge dispute with Joel. I went for a detail in June, and the work was fine. When I paid by credit card, he swiped it twice, claiming the initial transaction didn't go through. One month later I was recharged (over $1000). We have a continuous text thread where he promises to make it right, but never does. Finally I filed a dispute. I lost the dispute because he apparently uploaded a fake invoice. He'll tell me the bank never reaches out, but the bank states he's fully disputing it as well. I'm now disputing the dispute, and escalating this to the law. Wish me luck, and in the meantime don't hand this business any of your plastic.

Called same day, selling car needed a detail for a car sale. Joel accommodated immediately and was super friendly. Jeep Wrangler with dog hair included, amazing job, picked up same day.

This company completely sucks! I had just had my heart attack and wanted to have my 2005 C6 Corvette COMPLETELY detailed so I called this company and asked if they can do it. They offered to come pick it up for me. This was back in April of this year (2024). I paid them $300 to do a full detail, and buff the car out. When I got the car back, it looked like all they did was wash it, vacuum, dress the tires, put some dressing on the inside and dressing on the leather seats, not leather conditioner but dash dressing, and a coat of polish. They didn’t buff the car, did NOT shampoo the interior, did an awful job on the windows, didn’t even clean the chrome tailpipes. They are overpriced for the poor quality of work! I told them I owned a detail shop for 10 years so you’d think they would’ve paid extra attention to detail. The only reason I didn’t notice everything was I was recovering from a massive heart attack and didn’t have the strength to really go over the car completely. They took advantage of a sick person. Every other Detail shop I called after I had them do my car had given me a cheaper price and said I was taken advantage of. This guy is a joke and a HACK and I DO NOT recommend him to anyone! His shop is located in some basement of a office building so he deals with a lot of business people that won’t check his work. I wouldn’t trust this guy as far as I could throw him. I plans on using a more reputable detail shop next time! When I contacted the owner about it, he said he would reach out to me the following week and come and re do my car but I never heard back from him and that was weeks ago. I guess that shows what kind of business he runs. He does a car, takes your money and is done with you. Next costumer…!

Joel’s Mobile Detailing did an absolutely amazing job. My car had probably 10 years of dust, dirt, dog hair, and everything imaginable. They made it all disappear and my car looks brand new again. I wish I had thought to take before pictures to show the transformation. Will definitely be a repeat customer

Awesome job! Joel and crew took care of us in 24 hours from the time we called. Our car made a trip from California to Ohio with our labrador and needed the detail badly. It looks brand new. We bought the package and will be back again.

Saw Joel’s business nearby and positive reviews and scheduled an appointment for my car I am selling. Joel was professional and gave me clear directions. (Of note, business is located in Eton underground parking garage, which allows you to hang out in the mall while your car is cleaned). My car had some dog hair and is 9 years old with a lot of use for sport activities and needed a full detail. I agreed to the Presidential detail as such and I was not disappointed. Joel spent 2-3 hours on the interior alone, then another 2 hours on the exterior and engine compartment, which has not looked this good since I bought it at the dealership new 9 years ago. I was impressed by his commitment to doing a good job the right way and not just put in a quick 3 hours and move on to the next vehicle. He has pride in doing a good job. Would recommend Joel’s services to anyone whose car needs a good clean!
