We recently purchased new carpet for our home. We had the extreme pleasure of working with Jackie in Flooring. She was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. She listened intently and took very good care of us and our order. She highly exceeded what I believe to be exceptional customer service. Thank you, Jackie. We will come see you in the future. LABOR DAY weekend and there is only one old man working the outside register and ten people in line to check out. And only one young guy helping people load their cars. I waited 20 minutes to get help with loading mulch.

Their cistomer service needs work. It's mostly point to the direction and asleep number. They don't take the time to take you to the product your looking for to actually make sure it's there.

I've noticed that lately, there are fewer and fewer chances to meet experienced advice in specialty departments such as plumbing, electrical, and tools, etc. If you are struggling to find the correct product- you are basically on your own.

This place has every tool, shade of paint, tile, and plant! There is a machine where you can test paint in different rooms of the house. Overall 9/10 (4.5 stars).

Where doers get more done for sure!! The manager Carl was super helpful when my online order was going to be late. He even comped a trailer for us to pick up since the delivery was going to be a week late.
