I have been trusing Mighty Auto Pro with our vehicles for years. They do an excellent job of maintaining our cars, and advising what repairs will be on the horizon so we can budget appropriately for them. Shuttle service, loaner cars, and towing assistance have all been helpful through the years. Their service is top notch!

Woke up to an almost flat tire on Patty’s Q 7, called the team as I’d bumped into Dave Confer & learned he landed here from Parrish McIntyre. Dropped it off at noon & got the car back later in day! Outstanding & SO pleased they came to our aid so fast! Will be back!!

One of those places that schedules you for an appt, you arrive a few minutes early, then they make you wait for an hour because they cant manage time effectively. Appointment means nothing.
"Hard to estimate how long it will take"
No consideration for other people's time.
Older lady behind the counter is not good with people. Should not be interacting with customers.

They did an excellent job on my Traverse! They were reliable, honest and even lower than the quote that I was initially given. They checked in on me after picking up my car too! Def will be going back for future repairs!

I believe that this is the best auto shop in Medina county you can either drop your car off or you can stay they have snacks they have beverages very very friendly faces and they're very kind

I have had Mighty Auto work on my cars for a few years now and they have always been thorough and done good work! They are very communicative and they don't try to force unnecessary repairs on you! They do a multi point inspection that tells you what urgently needs done, what can wait and what doesn't need fixed. They also work with you on loaner cars and their waiting room is so amazing and always clean!! They have snacks and drinks, a treasure chest full of goodies for the little ones to pick something out of. The receptionists always have a cheerful tone to their voice so it's always refreshing calling and they are so chipper to be doing their jobs!

Great place to take your vehicle. The staff is very friendly. They go above and beyond to take care of you. I like they have free drinks and snacks if your in their waiting area. I like that they do inspections on you vehicle and show you pictures of what need fixed.
