I went to this store and was helped by the associate named Rob. He was absolutely an amazing person. His customer service and overall knowledge of products and services are exemplary! He was patient and went through my account and saved me money. He also explained all my questions without complaint. I've been back twice with more questions and upgrades, and each time I went when he was there because he gave the best service.
I've never had great experiences with the employees or customer service until I met him. I will always make sure to go only when he is there. He is very personable and doesn't sales pitch you. Rob is the best associate AT&T has.

I recently visited AT&T store, Rob who is there in the store who helped me to make my bill payment. He is friendly and clarified all my doubts. Please give him pay raise.

Unbelievably AWESOME experience. I came into the store, just to 'see' what phone(s) were available and approximately, the same size as my current (very old) LG6. Rick, the manager, helped me pick out a phone, going the extra mile to spend the time to review my current account, find a promotion that would be the best fit for my phone usage and budget. He was amazing! I live 2 counties south of this store, but will never go to another location again after this experience. 5 plus stars!!!

I was so frustrated coming into the store. Trying to solve issues on my own, I felt lost. Michael M helped me so much and really eased my anxiety. He really seemed to know the ins and outs which made me feel like I made a good decision trusting him. Would recommend Middleburg heights ATT to friends and family.

Michael is the epitome of how salesmen should be. He is friendly, charming, makes EXCELLENT eye contact and makes sure that you are getting what’s best for you and your needs. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products he is selling. I actually thought he was the manager at the store based on his experience and capabilities. 100% would go back again, just to see Michael.

I went in the store because my phone stopped working, and Mike helped me big time. I found out that I was eligible for an upgrade and put me on A plan that suited me personally. he’s very professional and did an outstanding job. Definitely would recommend this location and Mike again.

Mike was incredible throughout the entire process of switching over from Boost Mobile to AT&T.
There were some clunky things we had to work through, with no fault of AT&T, and Mike went absolutely above and beyond to help every step of the way. If you're looking for a patient and knowledgeable individual to help with your phone needs, Mike is your man.

Ronnie was very knowledgeable and made upgrading my device quick and painless. I knew exactly what I had in mind and he was not pushy and did not waste time trying to up-sell me on things I didn't want or need. I had a very different experience at another store the night before and considered leaving ATT after being a customer for 20 years. Ronnie’s the reason I stayed and I’ll go out of my way to go to this store from now on.

Staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Nightmare experience at metro pcs for my son so I brought him right to at&t and they provided excellent service. Rob is my go to since he always makes sure I have the best service!!
