Perform unauthorized service - specially told them to do a simple oil change while we were out of contort on vacation. Instead do a more expensive full service despite me telling them multiple times I would handle the other needed service once we returned. Thank you Audi Middleburg for the added stress. Worth driving to Columbus or Pittsburgh

Don't waste your time taking your car here service is unexperienced and they are very disrespectful to women. Had my car there for 2 1/2 weeks and they refused to work on it .

I took my 2018 Audi in for service in May, 2022 for a dead battery. It was replaced - however a leaking thermostat housing was found and the tech recommended it be repaired "right away". The issue I had was that the car was in for the same service and same inspection in September, 2020 but no problem was found. In the inspection video, it was clear the leaking had been happening for quite some time due to the stains and marks on the engine. The problem I had is that the vehicle was in storage the entire time between the two visits, so it's impossible for the leak to have occurred during the storage period. When I brought this up with the service department, it was discovered that they had input a fictitious mileage number 25,090 on the work order, but I had the car serviced in October, 2018 and there were 26,169 on the car. Basically, the service department failed to notice the issue on the initial visit or neglected to tell me since it was under warranty - however the first time they saw the vehicle when it was out of warranty, the problem magically appeared! I spoke with the service manager, Scott Straffen, who compared my 2018 Audi to his 1965 Mustang and used that as an excuse for why the lead happened. He added that even though the tech said it needs to be addressed right away, Scott said there's a good chance I wouldn't notice any issue for two to three years, which brings up a whole other issue about the ethics practiced by Audi Middleburg Heights.Next, I received an automated email from Scott notifying me that I would be receiving a survey from Audi and if there was any reason I couldn't give an excellent rating, he wanted to know about it. Well, I emailed him and objectively explained I wouldn't be able to give an excellent rating and I received back a very condescending and unprofessional response. In a nutshell, this cover up by Audi Middleburg Heights will cost me about $1,400 for the repair, and my car has been devalued by Carfax by $2,000 because of the red flag due to the service department's ineptitude to do the simplest of tasks and enter the correct mileage......and, if they can't even do that, do you really want them working on your luxury vehicle?I've given Audi Middleburg Heights several opportunities to correct their error but have not gotten anywhere. As much as it pains me to leave a negative review, I really don't want anyone else to fall victim to their incompetency.

I had a fantastic experience at this dealership when I bought my car and would highly recommend them to anyone.I was "just looking" and had called prior to stopping in to get more information on the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived, Bill had lined up 2 cars for me to drive including the one I inquired about and explained the main differences to me. This made it efficient and not too overwhelming. The team was able to give me an offer that was very fair for my trade-in and I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the whole buying process. My 6yr old son was with me too and everyone was very nice to him.I also received a full run down of the features before i left the dealership with my new car so I felt comfortable driving it home. They also offer a valet program where they can bring the loaner to your home snd take your car in for service. That was a great bonus since I live 30min away.Thank you to everyone there that made this the best buying experience I've ever had!

We leased a A5 last month. Carol, the finance person, was deceitful while trying to sell all the added insurances, etc. She parroted the typical rental car agent sales pitch when I told her I'm not interested: 'Well you need to hear it so you know what you are declining'. One example : She pushed the Audi windshield insurance by stating that most personal windshield insurance coverage will not replace the windshield with correct glass and therefore the functions that connect to the windshield will not work. I called my insurance company and 2 auto body shops. They stated that if you have windshield coverage on your auto policy the insurer is obligated to replace with glass that restores all functionality.BTW: Google "should I buy the insurance and extras the finance person tries to sell" and it will invariably state NO.Josh, the fellow that delivered our car, is an excellent representative for Audi and makes a great impression. However, even more disturbing than the unethical finance person, is the way the poor Google reviews are answered by management. The dealer almost never apologizes or takes responsibility. The dealership states they log and document everything, therefore we have proof that you the customer are wrong and we the dealer are right.
