This Goodwill Donation Center is conveniently located where it's means of egress is accessible from the major highway. There is plenty of parking here as well.

Very disappointed in the service at the Milford location. I would leave 0 stars, but that isn't an option. We did have a trailer and didn't realize the lot was small, but after 2 bins full of donations we were told to come back when we were more prepared and had everything bagged since we were holding up traffic. 2 other women came by when we were there. One had no issue parking and bringing up items up to the bin. Also, only one bin was brought out at a time and the employee waited until I had no space to put more items before going in for another bin. We probably had 2 more bin fulls to donate, but it was within minutes of closing when we were told to come back when we were more prepared.I have donated to Goodwill several times and never have has such poor service. A month ago also had a trailer full of donations, and came through multiple times, however used a different location in Liberty Twp since it was closer at the time. Both men at the Liberty Twp were wonderful, friendly, kind, appreciative of donating in the winter. Multiple bins were available even before we pulled in. This is the service I was expecting today, not to be turned away mid donation instead.

Pulled in on a Sunday. Three people inside and one rushed around building to smoke a cigarette and didn’t offer to help just stared at us through building. Not professional but hopefully the bin we filled with toys and clothes go to a good home.
