Not uncommon to bring produce home and find that it’s growing…something. Brought home these tomatoes and some peppers, to my surprise I won’t be eating either.

Charged me $70 instead of the $9.99 the app said for my Cheerios (3 boxes). Please refund my credit card for the $60 stolen from me! I am extremely unhappy! My pickup orders have also been late for the last 2 months straight. Kroger is losing my loyalty and I am likely looking elsewhere for grocery pickup.

They’re after your pockets. I ordered a peach green tea lemonade at the Starbucks, and they rung it up incorrectly. I was charged a whole dollar more because of this. And on top of that, not only was there no peach juice, there was also no sweetener like I had asked. Not impressed at all. Don’t come unless you want your money stolen.

I am absolutely impressed with the recent, full-store renovation! The layout of the store is impressive, the aisles are wider and much easier to navigate, and the fun giveaways are appreciated. Whether shopping in person or placing an online delivery order, I am consistently pleased and impressed by the level of courtesy and customer service for helpfulness as well as making things right should a delivery error occur in my orders.

Rating for the little clinic. I brought my kid in today, who was off the chains upset about being there. They didn’t throw us out or sneer, they put up with us. It’s appreciated, ladies. Thank you.

New addition to the store is not quite complete, so hard to judge. With the new addition, the store is huge, so not so friendly for elderly people.

Every time I get a online order there is issues with it. A lot of the time I have to call customer services to get someone to bring the order out. I could see if they was busy but no other cars around and still have to wait over 15 minutes to have anyone even acknowledge you, is rediclous. Then get home to find you got charged but didn't receive some of your items. Kroger on 28 and Kroger on Main St. Is getting so bad. If you can't do online orders then why provide that for the customers?

The sushi section is rotten. Skip this store and shop elsewhere (Jungle Jim’s has good sushi).

Everything is so messed up with the construction. They NEVER have enough electric carts. And why do they have merchandise in the aisles all the time. When you don't walk well, it's hard to get around. I really don't like this store and never have. The one on Main is so much better.
