Ventured here to buy a greenhouse. The website had it priced differently..however,the gentlemen that worked there was willing to meet in the middle. They were super sweet and very helpful. I would return here simply for the customer service. ❤️

Our company primarily visits the Logan store however, we were on an emergency job near Millersport. I called in and spoke with DJ and needed a particular part to restore a fuel pricer at one of the truck stops. These jobs are a super high priority and work has to be completed day of dispatch. DJ and the staff had the part ready (not a super common part) and waiting for our crew to pickup. This isn't the first time they have helped us in a crucial repair and they always come through for us... always going the extra mile. Highly recommended!

Stopped in for some incidentals while on a job locally - thought I would spend some $ to support a small business. Asked to use restroom - a hard NO. Needed additional supplies to finish. Guess where I did NOT go. Lesson learned. - Follow up to previous review - Owner reached out and apologized. They explained that a new(er) employee was not aware that customers are permitted to use restroom facilities while shopping. I enjoy small hardware stores and will visit this one again as time and opportunity permit.

Even though this store is not a big box type, they somehow ALWAYS have what I’m looking for...and quite often for less money than Lowe’s, Walmart, etc. I can also usually get helpful, knowledgeable advice from most of the employees, especially the owners. No matter who you are OR how you look you are treated respectfully and can tell you are valued as a customer.
