I purchased a used Lincoln Nautilus from Nick at Loudon Motors Ford. It might have been the easiest auto purchase I have ever done. We did all the paperwork online and the vehicle was ready and waiting when I arrived. I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes completing the deal. I had been looking for weeks at different sites and dealerships and this was by far the best price I saw. I hope I'm as satisfied with the car down the road as I was with the service and attention I received.
I came back today to have my free oil change completed and some minor service work done. Everyone was very nice and the work was completed satisfactorily.

London does amazing work for us at TRL RENTS. They are extremely accommodating and try their hardest to turn our trucks around quickly. It is a great experience from the time they pick the truck up until the drop the truck back off to us.

I enjoyed buying a car from Seth & Loudon Ford. I plan on returning to get a free oil change soon. From the moment I talked and met the friendly people I felt OK. Apparently they don’t want to sell cars here. I had already decided before I came what car I wanted, they had an easy sale with me, but they decided me coming too close to their closing time was more important than easy money in their pocket. It’s very unfortunate because I truly wanted that specific car, but I will have to find another one because I will not be coming back after being treated rudely after driving an hour to get there.
