Bluebaugh has excellent customer service. They've always been able to get me in whether it is for body work or mechanical. Their prices are very reasonable and they get things done as quickly as possible. I really appreciate them and find them to be very trustworthy and have a lot of integrity.

After a tow my damages went from a couple hundred to thousands to fix my car, no call regarding the changes from pre to post tow regarding new damages, whether avoidable or not. I've had scheduled body work that was never stated and there was no communication as to why parts were never ordered to do the scheduled work. A friend took her car in 4x over 2 years for brakes and a clunking nose that they never fixed, and it was just a bad tyerod which had to be fixed by another company, and she had to have her brakes redone. Poorly run business.

I had installed the NSA RV Ready Brake, brake cable assembly myself in my CRV and did not like how it was performing. I Contacted Blubaugh since they were an NSA dealer. The service manager was professional and knowledgeable with the product and understood the issue I was having. Setup an appointment and traveled (300 miles RT) to have the work done. The service technician, who also knew the product well, checked the function and said it could be better. He did a nice job rerouting the cable assembly and the function is much better now. Great experience working with these guys and will definitely use them again if needed.

Never fixed the car properly. Did not call us for months. When we got around to contacting Travis Blughbaugh, he threatened my wife with daily impound fees totalling in the thousands forcing her to relinquish the title to him. After, we went to get our belongings out of our car, they could not find it. Never got a receipt for the title, lost all the contents of the vehicle. They basically stole our car. Still thinking about litigation. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!Service: Body & Trim

I had my truck undercoated with Fluid Film, I traveled 3.5 hrs as they were the closest installer to my location. The service manager was very professional and the tech did a awesome job on the install. I can highly recommend this business.
