Their current sign advertises $2 any size iced cap so I ordered a large iced cap to try it, was charged $4.69 and the drink that was only 2/3-3/4 full. Don’t waste your money at this location.

I called them because their iced capp machine is always down and made sure it was working before I came, and then when I got there they said it wasnt working. Food is pretty garbage too

They are fast, But they will throw your donuts in a bag face down. All the icing comes off and is a messy pain to deal with. So disappointed I feel this is just rude. I love Tim Hortons but this one not so much. This has happened on more then one occasion. Don't go here for donuts if acutally like your icing on top.

Did not get the hashbrowns with my order.Lobby was closed and the drive thru line was too long to wait. Bacon was not cooked long enough for me. Biscuit was dry. We all make errors, so I will give them another opportunity.

Always very friendly and fast service here, it's a pleasure to go through the drive-thru. Nice improvement recently to new LCD ordering screen outside, makes it super easy to see what they have on entire menu. Coffee fresh, donuts fresh, all around A+ Hortons.

Always good and friendly service.Sandwiches are great....known for soup and sandwiches but can not get soup is kind the weird ..dont even ask anymore cause everything is cause of covid

Typically I love Tim Hortons breakfast sandwiches. I was really surprised by the terrible service we received. We were the only car in line at 2:30pm. I ordered one plain bagel sausage sandwich. They told me they were out of all bagels except cinnamon raisin, Asiago, or multigrain. I opted for the multigrain and asked to make it into a meal. My options were to bits but only chocolate or blueberry because they’re were out of everything else, a donut but the donut selection was “extremely limited” (there words not mine), a muffin but they only had one kind, and no hash browns. I ended up going with just the sand which when I got home I was shocked to see they took a piece of sausage and cut it in half. The bagel was also hard as a rock. We ended up driving back to return the sand which and get our money back.

The past two days I went into the lobby to order due to the drive thru being absolutely packed and not moving after 10 minutes. The first two time I went in without a mask and there was no issue. The third time I went in I was refused service. Fix your damn consistency. Make up your mind!! I will not be visiting this location again.

When I walked in there was only 1 car at the drive-thru at yet it took about 25 minutes for any type of representative to address customers. And they bypassed me ( the first person in line) to help two white gentlemen, they never asked who was first. The service and selection was atrocious. The website was not accurate at all for selection and the selection they did have looked stale and picked over. I will not be returning to this or any other Cold Stone Creamery. Your staff needs SEVERAL etiquette lessons as well as job training. The person on register didn't know what product he was selling nor how to ring it up on the register. The store had visible garbage all over, I didn't bother looking in the restroom. Nothing had been washed for days or more because it smelled of sour milk and old grease. Not one of your staff had freshly brushed teeth. Two of the men at the register had rotten teeth. If your staff can't bathe properly how exactly do you expect them to care for your store? Retrain the staff because it's clear they don't value customers which is why your lot stays empty. To be VERY clear I only bought a cake because that store was dead and we drove to your specific location because it was the only Cold Stone Creamery near our destination. You will never see another cent of my money. The Strawberry Passion cake tasted okay definitely not worth $29.99.
