I've been dealing with this CVS and OSU physician to get my medication for a week. I called again today to find out if they have processed my prior authorized medication filled yet and was told they have it and it'll be 4 hrs later my bf on his way home stopped to pick it up and of course it wasn't because insurance wouldn't cover it. They was sent the code twice for the authorization. I called and the lady didn't give me much information. I was crying. I was so upset and the "B" hung up on me. I wasn't being nasty. I was upset crying, wanting to know what to do. I'm not going back. A cancer patient shouldn't have to work so hard.

Love this place, especially the minute clinic! No more long lines at the urgent care with the coughing and sneezing and worrying about a spacesuit for my child or myself! Schedule that appointment online. You don't even have to go in until you're 5 minutes from your appointment. It is literally life-changing!

The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Despite lots of people working, the drive thru is always closed and there are always long lines. No one seems to know how to do more than one thing.Have a question on a new prescription? Wait in a long line, talk to someone who doesn't know the answer and has to get someone else to help. Then have a question on an existing prescription? Go to the end of another long line to talk to someone else who doesn't have an answer and needs to call over yet another person to help. All while listening to the phone ring off the hook and announce, "4 callers for pharmacy" over and over again because no one bothers answering.Dropping off 1 prescription and picking up another has taken almost or over an hour each of the 3 separate times I've done so. Major efficiency and process improvements are needed here. For now I'm transferring to another pharmacy. Beware.

Doing something wrong. Either not paying people well or treating them well or something. Business model is not working. Feels third world with greatly restricted hours and huge lines at all times. We’re going to change pharmacies for better service. The levels here has become unacceptable.

This particular pharmacy is the absolute worst experience. My son has been waiting to fill his prescription for several days. Two days ago he waited for 2 hours only to be told to come back the next day to get it filled. Then the next day he was told that it now has a hold and that it will tale a day to fix and that he had to come back again. NOW he is out of his meds and suffering fie to these jerks that call themselves a pharmacy! I've never been to a place like this. Really CVS! Do something about this horrible place!

Worst pharmacy ever. CVS announced they are closing 900 stores I hope this is one. And if so I hope the staff go out of town since they have the worst customer service skills I’ve seen. When Drs hate submitting a script here it says something. Avoid at all cost.

GO ELSEWHERE!! This place is a joke. You can't get your meds without physically coming in here and fighting for them. If you get through the phonelines, don't believe they will get your meds ready even if they say they will. So much incompetence I can't stand it. Drive thru closed indefinitely. It's like this place is operated the exact OPPOSITE of how it should be. I've already switched all but one of my meds to another pharmacy but am locked here for the one because this corporation has a monopoly via partnerships with big pharma & insurance companies. They are currently being invesigated by the state & I hope the whole company is shut down. It's disgusting to be allowed to screw with the health of so many & ridiculous they are getting away with it. I was supposed to have this medicine days ago. Guaranteed I would get it yesterday. Today I am here waiting because nope-- they didn't do the job yet. I'm thinking they don't fill anything until you come in trying to find it. So glad they gave me the time to sit and finally leave this review. It's been like this for months.

The drive thru is always closed due to understaffing. You then go inside and wait an hour or longer for scripts that are already called in and ready for pickup. This store is COMPLETELY understaffed all the time! Get it together CVS! The employees are delightful despite your best intentions to break their spirit by making them do the work of 3!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I came in the morning because they have previously called me and told me my prescriptions were filled and ready. I went to pick them up none of them were ready and they failed to mention that they couldn’t even find one. Then they finally find it and I give them till after my first job an hour after it said it would be ready online. Stop in before my second job and the line is so long it’s touching the back wall… and guess what wasn’t ready. If I was able to go anywhere else with my insurance I would in a heart beat.

The worst. Tried to get a rx filled for my daughter. Waited a few hours to pick up at 5 pm. To find out that they didn’t have it. Went to Kroger and they called over to have it faxed to them, waited over an hour before they had to call back for it. The Kroger didn’t have it either but could send to Johnstown. 2 months later needed same rx, called on hold for 40 mins, they didn’t have the medication. Called Johnstown Kroger and they had it (before 3 pm) it is now after 6 pm and they still haven’t gotten the rx from them sent over. Do not waste your time.

Been trying to refill my folic acid prescription since Friday. Each time we wait in line for over an hour to be told rudely that the prescription will be ready in another hour. I'm now out of my medicine. We went on Sunday 7/23/23 to try to pick it up and the whole pharmacy was closed with a sign stating they had to close all day due to no workers. We are switching pharmacies for sure.

Waited to pick up prescription for 6 hours so they would have time to fill. Then in line more than 2 hours in the store!!! For EAR DROPS they had to pull off a shelf and scan. Changing pharmacies IMMEDIATELY!!! Worst care EVER!!!!!!! If you need anything but a toothbrush, RUN from this place!!!

The WORST CVS I have ever dealt with. You can never talk to the pharmacy after calling and going through the automated gauntlet. If you do make it through, you will be put in limbo until you decide to hang up and try it all again. They have a drive thru that's rarely open and don't post anything saying that they are not working through it. If they are not able to multi task a drive thru with 2 people, then hire someone that wants the job. I am willing to drive to the Newark location that is so much more pleasant to shop with.

Debbie,an employee was very helpful,friendly and kind. . She was able to help me locate any item needed. She took the time to check on my mom’s Aetna over the counter benefits. I would rate her service 10 on a 0- 10 scale.

What a frustrating experience I am having with this CVS store right now. A prescription was sent to this store last night. I called them around 3 pm to see if it was received. They told me "sorry, it was not received, call your doctor". I did call the doctor and they said "we sent it, may be they did not check their voice mail, ask them to do so". I called the CVS store again, they said they will check it in about 1 hour (so it will be around 5 pm, the day after it was sent). I spent almost 1 hour going back and forth between the pharmacy and the doctor's office and I still do not know whether they received the prescription, and I was given false infor the first time. This is frustrating!
