Car leaked gas as soon as I drove it off the lot, he charged me $500 to fix it..the engine smoked, he wanted to charge me to fix that then the wheel fell off all in 2 months he needs to ask Jesus why he does this to people

Jeff, the owner, and I agreed on a price for a car I was buying from him. As part of the deal, he would repair the A/C. When I called to check in, he asked me to pay more money than what we agreed to because he used a remanufactured pump which was defective and would have to replace it. Huh?Customers should not have to pay extra because the seller got burned using remanufactured parts, especially when a deal was already made. That's just bad business. I'll be taking my cold, hard cash elsewhere.

Just bought a used vehicle from here and got excellent service and very kind staff.ETA: 6/9/2022My vehicle and service with this company have been amazing. I can take any concerns to them at a quality price. I felt reassured when buying this vehicle that it was safe and there was nothing major wrong with it, as it had been inspected by his mechanic.And it has been a beauty, even with the high mileage.I would buy another vehicle from here.

I Really needed to get my vehicle repaired and back on the road for work. Jeff said he would call me back ASAP with a price. He never did so? I Contacted him 3 times, 3 different days. again he said he would contact me with a price and knows my need for my auto. AGAIN HE NEVER CALLED. IT WAS A VERY SIMPLE YES OR NO QUESTION ABOUT MY CAR???. IF HE DIDN'T WANT TO REPAIR MY CAR FOR A CASH PAYING CUSTOMER HE COULD HAVE JUST SAID NO? JC AUTO has Very poor and flaky customer service. I took my service elsewhere, played cash, and got my car back the next day. I WILL NO LONGER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH JC AUTO. MY BROCKEN CAR WAS NEVER THE PROBLEM. TIME WAS..... GOOD GRIEF!
