My husband and I went with our son to get his first truck on his own. They were very knowledgeable, quick and friendly. They even stayed after hours to make the sale. We were very happy with his monthly payments. For once, we didn’t feel like we were getting bad end of the deal. We were very happy to learn it came with a three-year warranty. I was traveling and needed a quick diagnostic on my 2500. They scheduled me 3 days out, had the faulty thermostat in stock, fixed by lunch. Incredible!

Took my car there for an engine fix. They couldn't warranty the work from my insurance and left my engine in pieces. Had to have someone come and tow it off there property. Then come to find out property was missing from my car and I called them and they said they put everything in buckets and in my car!!!! Never mess with them again!!!!

In order to keep my warranty, I drive from Grove City to get each oil change. After getting to Mathews though, everyone is so kind to me that it helps me not mind the 1+ hr drive. Thank you!

Worse customer service. As a Service manager. In Mount Vernon. You never degrade another place of business makes you look bad. Called Weekley's made appt. They will have my business from here on out. They need to send Joe down the road.

This place is a joke. My mother's jeep has a recall on it and they said they would have the part and replace it in April. Guess what nothing. Here it is two months later and they have yet to call her. I understand supply chain issues and all that but this is a great way to screw someone over when they need this part taken care.

I will never return to this location for anything again. For a dealer to add stop leak to an issue that they were not willing to tackle to begin with is an absolute joke. I spoke with the service manager who guaranteed me that his technicians would do no such thing was not able to offer any suggestions as to how it got into the oil. Even after I informed him I am the only other person who has performed any oil change on the vehicle since the factory warranty was up. For a shop to show very little concern regarding a complaint received for any service is subpar, but to dismiss it without even looking into it is even worse.

I have never felt so degraded as a professional in my life until today while attending a scam event aimed at spreading illegitimate advertising that takes advantage of their surrounding community. It speaks to the quality of persons working at this dealership. I was confronted by harsh comments about sensitive financial questions that were seeking to undermine my confidence and knowledge about my own vehicle. Commentary such as “wouldn’t that be nice to not have to worry about money”, and “…daddy’s money” are very terribly sickening. Now I can deal with a scam, but what I cannot accept is being torn down by someone who is simply mad that I will not bend to their agenda. While sitting through an hour-long tirade about why I should sell my car when after very earnestly and honestly expressing that I was hoping to only partake in today’s “event” winnings after being told over the phone that I was “a winner”. The leaflet suggested that I was a winner of $1000, but then left empty-handed and with a blow to self made entrepreneurs everywhere who haven’t been given credit to their own hard-earned success. Comments like, “don’t worry honey, you’ll get there”, and, “You’ll learn one of these days” is shocking to hear in this day-and-age. I would not recommend dealing with this group simply based on awful engagement. For someone to assume I don’t have need for a deal or for money is flattering, but also incorrect and based upon false assumptions. It’s solely on my comments about not wanting to sell my car for reasons they could not accept. It would really be a shame to buy from a group that clearly only caters to a certain demographic and makes side comments when you don’t yield. May I also note that instead of engaging with the community through deceitful means, it is preferred to buy from a dealership that recognizes the needs of the surrounding area and builds a foundational relationship built on trust and equal opportunity.

I just purchased my second Ram at Mathews! I worked with Eric Ball and I am more than pleased with the level of respect, professionalism, and courtesy we've been show. I believe we got a very competitive deal and we were able to stay with our local dealership. My family will be repeat customers for sure.

I will never buy a car here they did my elderly friend DIRTY. Shame on you for treating him so badly. My friend came in because he won a speaker and you swindled him, lied on loan forms. HE told you multiple x's he made under 1000 a month why did you put 3500? You took back the car he clearly couldn't afford and gave him back his not after you did something to it and it wouldn't run. How can you treat people this way? The bank threw out the loan because he called and asked about it and they determined you lied when my friend told the bank what you did. You didn't give him paperwork said he would have to wait for it to come in mail.
