Camry and the team at this location took excellent care of me and my family! Had terrible experiences with customer service and other locations, but Camry was able to fix everything! Upgraded 4 phones and added a new line. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

Only giving two stars because of my overall experience with Camry and all her help and time. Last October, I upgraded my phone and got a new one. A few months later, my bill is still wayyy too much and come to find out that I “never traded in my phone” and that it had been lost or stolen from somewhere in the Verizon company. After over a year of fighting back and forth with management, corporate, etc., I finally got my money back thanks to Camry. After dealing with Tre and Gwen and getting fed excuse after excuse, Camry did everything she could to help me and fix the situation. She was so patient and kind to me, even when I was frustrated and maybe not the nicest. I can’t thank her enough for all that she has done to make things right and help me out.

The worst store in town. The staff do not know what they're doing and will tell you different quotes at one visit. Go anywhere but here.

Horrible customer service. The employees do not know what they're doing and do not care. All young and not knowledgeable. Go to Walmart or other Verizon store.

Topenga and Gwen deserve a 10 star rating 5 is not enough. For 5 days they dealt with my previous carrier trying to port my old number in. Between the amazing Verizon technical support and these amazing people my husband and I finally got our phones activated. Thank you guys so much for the technical support and patience. I have never had a better experience at any business! So shout out to Topenga and Gwen! You guys Rock!

Gwen was so sweet and patient with me and understood how important the photos of my recently deceased son meant to me. She even made sure to update the wallpaper with the same photo, I had of him, from my old phone. I can't thank her enough for all she did for me on what I thought would be a difficult day. She made it so pleasant and didn't make me feel bad for crying during the process. Thanks again Gwen.
