I had my oil changed. I got the deal where they sweep, fill fluids and, wash your windshield. The floor wasn't swept and the passenger side of the windshield wasn't washed. The good side was they weren't busy at all I got right in and done. Then when I went out to my vehicle the front windows were up back windows down doors locked. Lol. This is why I haven't been there in forever and probably won't go again. 35$ and didn't get half what I was supposed to. Oh well lesson learned.

I've been calling for 40 minutes just to ask one simple question. Staff doesn't bother to answer phones, though I know there's plenty of workers that one could pick up. Now I get to drag my 4 kids out there just to get it handled. I hope they actually hire some decent people soon.

I'm only giving it 3 stars, simply because of the produce section! Someone needs to monitor it a little more closely! My husband and I went to buy a cut fruit snack tray, and two of the large trays had rotten fruit in it with mold growing on it! I placed the trays off to the side and upside down, in hopes that an elderly person who maybe couldn't see very well, didn't try to buy them and make themselves sick! In the end cap cooler, there were open boxes of hamburger patties. Also! Someone NEEDS TO ADDRESS THE MUSIC! IT'S SO LOUD AROUND THE COOLER SECTION, YOU CAN'T HEAR YOURSELF THINK! PISSES ME OFF EVERY TIME I'M IN THERE! However, beings besides Kroger's, it's the only other large store with a decent variety (most of the time anyways) I have to go in there unfortunately. The people are awesome! Very friendly! Very helpful! Just please monitor the produce better. And for the love of God! Do something about that music! We shouldn't have to holler at each other to be heard walking next to each other! That is for real! We have literally had to holler to hear each other! If I wanted loud music, I would have gone to a concert! Economy is tough right now. So we need to be able to think and figure our budget for groceries, and that is definitely difficult with it like that!

No personal watermelons nor fresh ginger root, but the rest of the order was filled promptly, ready for pickup as scheduled, and the cold items were kept and loaded together.I especially appreciate the isolated and quiet pickup zone at the side of the building. Thanks!

Wouldn't say its the best walmart but not the worst either. Typically have most items you want. Wait times in electronics can be very long at times. As it seems they could always use more help

Try to not shop at Walmart because of their greed of money. Not hiring more cashier's,cheap quality. Watch yourself, yesterday cashier didn't give me $40 cash back. Once charged for 2 lamps, only got one. I didn't look at receipt, they wouldn't refund overcharged.as I didn't notice before I left store. Luckily I realized not given cash back before I left

This is Wal-mart so they have fairly standard layout and expectation. All the associates I interacted with were professional and helpful. Now, while this is controversial (not sure why) there were several customer's not wearing masks - and while that is not the fault of any associate - there needs to be standards upheld (even if it makes folks unhappy). Use the curbside service if you don't want to wear a mask - or Wal-mart should empower their associates to escort people from the store.
