“Went to the shop to buy used tires for a vehicle that I did not intend to keep more than a few months. I wanted safe tread depth for a budget price. Their used inventory varies on supply and demand. On the day I stopped they had a low inventory - no matched sets of four or even two tires. The manager showed me a budget brand of new tires that were more than the used tires but about half the price of what I would pay at a big tire shop. I decided it was worth it to have new tires since one never knows the history of the used tires, which could be damaged from an accident, etc. They are a small operation but they work quickly and I am very happy with the result. One note: they do the work with floor jacks in the parking lot - there are no big hydraulic lifts in an enclosed garage - but they did well. They seem to focus on special wheels and rims but also sell tires.”

“Great guys, great service! Locally owned, reliable, honest. They're also thorough. If something's not right the first time, they got your back in there and I will check everything. I recently purchased rear shocks and have them installed. One came loose on the bottom fitting. I took it back to them and they tightened it up and checked all the other connections to make sure the job was done right. I've been accustomed more of theirs for a number of years now. That's why I go back to them anytime I need tires or a repair having to do with wheels and brakes.”
“This tire shop is phenomenal! As a single woman, walking into a tire shop can be pretty intimidating. This shop is so unique, warm and inviting! From the movie theater room, the barber shop, the decor, its an experience in itself when you walk in. The staff is so friendly and helpful! I was losing pressure in my tires every couple days so I quickly stopped at a shop in town. They explained it was just from the cold weather. I left and went to Discount Tire Outlet to find a nail in one tire and screw in the other. I'm so grateful for their help and being so kind! Highly recommend. 5 STARS!”

“I've been going to Ziegler Tire for years and have all of my car repairs and maintenance done here. I used to go to the location on Whipple Ave, but I have switched to the Massillon location because Mike Biery, store manager, switched locations.
My most recent visit was for an oil change, and as usual they got me right in for my appointment and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend giving them a try because Mike will take care of you”

“Called a couple of tire companies on Friday, and none could promise that they could get the size tire I needed and done by Saturday.I called Great Lakes and spoke with Jason, who was courteous and knowledgeable. He found the tires and assured me that I could them installed same day. I got there at 1pm and was paid and out the door bt 2pm with 4 brand new tires.I appreciated the customer service and respect for my time .”

“We had bought tires somewhere else, and they agreed to mount and balance them. They did that, and a few weeks later we had a little bit of a wobble so we took the car in to see what the issue was. We were fully prepared to pay for them to check them out. They took the tires off the car, checked the balances, and rotated them...and didn't charge us a cent! Also, there are snacks and massage chairs in the waiting room. It was a little surprising oasis. Will be back for future needs for sure!! ☺️”
