I had a oil leak and a lot of play in my steering wheel. I dropped my vehicle off and it was fixed sooner then expected and the price ended up being less then they originally told me which is always good news! I highly recommend Jeff's auto for your repair needs!

The owner is one of the best humans you’ll ever meet. On top of being a great guy, he and his staff are so knowledgeable and he holds himself and his business to such a high standard. I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Huge shout out to Jerry at Jeff’s Automotive he has amazing customer service skills. No only did he work my car in the same day I called, but gave ma a loaner to use as well so I wasn’t stranded. I don’t trust anyone else to work on my car.

First off I don’t normally leave reviews but this had me a bit frustrated. I called to get a quote on tires and to get scheduled. They took down my information and said they would get back to me. I called later that day and he said he hadn’t gotten to it yet, but would call me when he did. Final call was a voicemail I left around three weeks after initial contact. That was a few weeks ago now and I have still not received a response.

Jerry and the guys always take care of me! They're super friendly, have driven me home after dropping my car off, and always keep me up to date when my car is in the shop. Perfect local place to support!

My 2006 Suburban lost 3rd gear needing a new transmission! The great mechanic, Chad at Jeff's did a fantastic job! The transmission came in when promised , put it in on Thursday, and finished by 4pm so I picked it up Friday morning! I love the communication from begging to end. I had a great experience using Jeff’s Automotive. My Jeep was having issues, but the check engine light wasn’t coming on so there was no way to try to figure it out on my own. I was able to promptly schedule an appointment on their website and drop it off after hours for the next morning appointment. Jerry called me that day letting me know it was a bad transmission. Even though that was hard and shocking news for me to take in, he was very polite and professional in explaining what issues found during inspection, the price of putting in a new transmission, and that it would be covered under warranty. All work was done promptly and efficiently with great customer service!Service: Transmission

As a brand new customer, I’m extremely pleased with the workmanship and labour the staff did for me. On Thursday I called to get 2 new tires for my van, they were able to get me in the next day (Friday) and finish the job just in time for me to clock in at work!I have read so many great comments for almost a year about Jeff’s. Im so glad I made the phone call too. 100% happy with my service. Oh, one more thing, “Jerry is awesome.” Thank you so much! I’ll be retuning to you guys for the absolute best service.

I’m a new customer to Jeff’s Automotive and just having been there two times was all it took for me to chose them as my new service center. They are extremely polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my own personal schedule and needs. Both times I’ve been they have been able to squeeze me in and have done very well at being upfront and transparent with costs and services. Their communication has impressed me as well. Jerry is awesome. Its been over a year since my brakes were done here and my rotors became warped. I didnt know what to do, so I called jerry answered and he let me know that my stuff is warrantied for 3 years! Not only did they replace the rotors but the brake pads as well. Needless to say the customer service is fantastic! Not people people nowadays have this level of customer care.

Jeff's automotive is a great place to take your car/truck for any repairs. I took my Jeep Wrangler there to get numerous modifications and repairs. Jeff's customer service is great and they are full of knowledgeable mechanics to get the job done right the first time. They had my jeep done in no time and at an affordable cost. 10/10 would recommend!

Fast service and very friendly atmosphere. I love how they send you pictures and details about their inspection and what they find. Jerry did a great job on my brakes and will definitely use them again when needed. Highly recommend!

I had a very positive experience at Jeff's from scheduling my appointment, the communication, and even the flexibility on picking it up. I felt like the pricing was very fair and affordable, I would certainly recommend Jeff's Automotive to friends and family. My issue was specific to a dead computer in the car, which meant my car was dead in the water until it was diagnosed, replaced, and reprogrammed.
