I have been a Security National Bank account holder for over 30 yrs. I have always been treated vf w the upmost respect. I have seen many retire and lots of new tellers too. My favorite teller is Jenny. She has known my parents and I since I was 7 yrs old. She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and an experienced and exceptional employee. Please commend her on a job well done. She is always smiling and knows me by name. That is very important to me. She makes me feel like a friend and not just a "customer". I am so glad that I gave a great rapport with hercand others. I will bank with NO other. My loyalty will always be with Security National Bank. Thank you for providing me and my family with over 30 years of banking services???

The people in this bank treat you like garbage, they will make you wait so they can tell their co-workers about something they watch on TV before they get to you. 2 Times since I have been at this bank have they given me overdraft fees. Usually their systems do not allow transactions when it will take you under, but whenever it is inconvenient for them to do so, you may just find yourself in a hole you cannot get out of. My information was also stolen from this "mob", and has led to some Chinese man stealing a large amount of money out of my bank... How the hell is it possible to buy a coke in Newcarlisle, then moments later buy something at a store in china? Stay away from this bank, and run these criminals out of business.

Customer service seems to be optional for some who work in this branch. It was not a pleasant experience.
