Staff was rude and treated me like I didn't know anything about my car (I am a professional automotive technician). All I went in there for was a simple warranty of their product (that was still under warranty) & it turned into them telling me I don't know what I'm talking about. They were rude (staff and the manager) and wouldn't let me talk during our conversation. I ended up going to the Advanced in Pataskala & within 5 minutes, they were able to warranty what the other store couldn't in 3 days of fighting with them. I am done with this store & will drive 25 minutes to the other store before I step foot into this store agian. I would recommend you do the same!!

Dropped a mower battery off to be checked. Checked ok and said they would charge it over Night. Stopped by the next afternoon and the staff there had no idea what battery I was talking about and went into the back to look. After a few minutes and listening to another staff member make comments about "back when i was in the desert get shot at by towel heads". The lady finally returned with my battery and said "yeah it was just sitting back there" I asked if it had been charged and she told me "yes". Got home and hooked it up to find the battery was still dead. Waste of time and very unprofessional between nothing being done with the battery and listening to racist comments from the staff.

Won't honor thier own web prices in store. Charging much more on a caliper core deposit and won't price match a different store either because it's a different brand.
