Anyone looking to do Walmart grocery delivery. Don't do it!!! I've been doing it for a couple months and every single time I place an order there's an issue. Missing items, items not available, items rotted. Today, I was told they were out of zucchini, squash, onions and ground lamb. I was charged for parchment paper that I did not receive and the raspberries that were delivered were covered in mold! I'm paying a monthly fee and I'm tipping a driver just to have my order messed up every time! Last week I was literally chatting with my shopper about a replacement item. Pointed out where in the store it was located. They sent me a picture. I said yes. THEY DIDNT BOTHER TO DELIVER THAT ITEM. I don't know who does the shopping. Walmart employees, the driver themselves, but whoever they are, BIG ISSUES. I will be cancelling this service. And never again. My Niece does this service at the Madison location and she NEVER has problems. I have them EVERY SINGLE TIME!

I needed to exchange some cash for a roll of quarters so I could do laundry and they snapped at me, were very rude and said they don't exchange cash. When I asked where I could, they snapped again at me and said they don't know. Being it is a Sunday, no banks are open. Terrible customer service and no help at all.

This is from a visit on 4/23 to customer care. Came here to return a birdfeeder that Walmart online gave me a barcode for. Woman at the return desk manager said that we weren't allowed to return it. Had the barcode in hand. Meanwhile, customer agents behind the work desk were complaining loudly and talking about how they were ready to fight customers at grocery pick up with a "brawl" Someone was giving her a funny look. Went online to then return the item because you apparently are not able to return items that arrived damaged. Walmart online refunded me immediately. What is wrong with the management at this location? Is this really how you want to run your store?

Service very very difficult, online or in person. Their pick up is disorganized, and they advertise items the stores dont carry and expect " miracles " from employees because they engage in credit card fraud and deceptive advertising. Do not advertise items you cant deliver or even pick up local. I like to shop there, but they make customers so frustrated and wait way too long.

I got a cake for my 4 year Olds birthday he said he wanted a cat cake so that's what I got him lol the cake isn't bad I wanted to just put what cat they had on it its nothing fancy I mean.... it's a 4 year Olds cake and he wants a cat I can say the cake did taste good though the employee was very nice she was very helpful and the cake was a good price

Using tape to cover up damaged dog food bag... I usually get this brand for my puppy and it's a good thing I inspect the ENTIRE bag and expiration before buying. You should too. The employees are ok, never had a problem with their help.

My wife had just finished scanning and paying for all her items at the self checkout. On her way out, one of the employees stopped and implied that multiple items had not been scanned. She showed the receipt to the employee who still insisted several items were not accounted for.He apparently didn't even know what he was looking at.In the the products were accounted for.The employee never apologized, and in the end Walmart lost a customer. She felt she was singled out and discriminated for being Asian.

I purchased a large amount of items and one bag was forgotten on the carousel, after several attempts to call the store during the day I returned about 5 hours later to get my bag of items. I was told forgotten items that have already been pay for are put back on the shelf to resell..it wasn't even a full day and they put them back with giving me a chance to come back for them..after arguing for the items I paid for security finally watched the tape and saw that I did forget them and they were put back. I had to go find each item off the floor myself to have them replaced. They need to put forgotten items in lost and found for at least 1 day!! They were not food items and not cheap..

I usually go to Walmart for things but after walking in today Oct 29th and hearing them playing CHRISTMAS music before Halloween it pushed me over the edge. I was not the only one complaining this is UNACCEPTABLE we are not even to Halloween and these clowns are playing Christmas music. Needless to say I will not be visiting this or any other Walmart in the near future. Complete Assholes!!!!!

I go to many Walmarts. This location does a very good job keeping the shelves stocked. They have friendly associates. The one thing I suggest they do better would be to get the customer in and out faster. Having more cashiers is the answer. But the other thing would be the self checkout. If you have so many checkouts. Why are self checkouts closed. Makes zero sense.

From 1-10 I will chose 1. This is the worst Walmart service in which I have ever been. They are racist and they do not serve everyone at the same way. Several times I have used their money transfer service which is awful. They refused to serve me today just because they noticed my accent and they were trying to convince me that I was not able to send money through their service. The guy who served me was rude and racist, and when I called a manager to solve the situation, she wanted to protect what her employer said before and she kept on saying the same thing which didn't make any legal sense. She though, just because I am a foreigner I don't know my rights and she lied about to many services that another employer of her explained me just one day before. She told me you can't send money as you reached 12 people, while one day before I checked with her other employer that said I have send 9 times. Then she said, well now I'm saying that you can just send to 3 different people. However, when I asked her why are you refusing to serve me, she invited me to leave the store. I have never been more offended in my life. I have traveled all around the world and I have never been treated like that in my life. I am a science doctor and I have always been respected, but even if I was somebody who comes from the street, no one has the right to treat you like that. I hope they can find the same service when they go somewhere else, so they will maybe understand how does one feel when treated like that. This is a shame. I'm very disappointed, and I will never recommend Walmart at North Olmsted to anyone.

I did some shopping today at Walmart in North Olmsted. I got home and realized that I forgot 1 bag. I know I left it in the self checkout area. I just wanted to check to see if some kind soul may have turned it in. I tried to call this store for almost 2hours. Do you think ANYONE could pick up the phone? Damn, that pisses me off. It's 8:20pm and I dial,it rings and rings and then I am disconnected. People just pick up the phone and answer the question. It will only take a couple minutes!!

Very disappointed today. went in for a few items and stood in line for over 20 minutes. They want customers to use the self serve and DIY checkout, Now my thing and had produce items and not easy to look up. This is not my job to be doing self service. I work all day and do not think I should be checking out my own items. Amazon will soon be putting them out of business. Walmart needs to service. 3 registers open out of like 15,

Nothing like a late night shopping the only thing is the store is still unorganized because of the holidays. Right now you can get some great deals on clearance if you need anything for this winter or next or maybe even gifts for next Christmas
