I CAN SAY THE ONLY DAY I FELT LIKE I WAS FAMILY IS WHEN I WENT ON MY FIRST DAY OF WORK EVERYONE WAS NICEINSHOTS IS A BAD AREA OF THE PLANTSUBURBAN AREA WASN'T BAD IF THE GUY DIDN'T ACT LIKE MY BOSS INSTEAD OF A TEMPTHEN THERE IS STAMPING I CAN SAY IM MORE OF A HANDS ON GUY SO THEY WANT YOU TO READ THE BOOK WHICH THATS FINE BUT YOU WILL GET TRAINED WITH 3 OR MORE PEOPLE WHICH IT SHOULDNT BE LIKE THAT PLUS THERE ALL ABOUT SAFETY HOW SAFE IS IT WHEN YOU HAVE TO GET INSIDE THE PRESS TO MOVE THE MATERIAL ON THE DIE? NOT VERY SAFE PLUS YOU HAVE ALMOST EVERYBODY ON THERE PHONES ALL NIGHT THERE A SMOKE FREE FACILITY BUT YET PEOPLE STILL SMOKE NO BOSSES ON 2ND SHIFT REALLY JUST PEOPLE SABOTAGING THE WORK WAIT UNTIL 1ST HAD TO COMEYOU WILL ONLY MAKE 11.00 THREW THE TEMP AGENCYTHE HOURS ARE ON 2ND SHIFT IS 4PM TO 230AM IN STAMPINGOR 430PM TO 3AM IF YOU ARE ON THE FLOORMY OPINION DOESN'T MATTERBUT I WOULD SAY GO TO ALL SHIFTS AND PAY PEOPLE MORE MONEY PEOPLE WILL BE HAPPY THEN

CAD Specialist (Former Employee), North Ridgeville, OH - November 11, 2019 Great place to work with friendly and competent managers that give you the opportunity for growth within the company. Very collaborative work environment that values your experience and opinion and keeps you informed through the whole design and development process. Very empathetic management and senior staff. I will never forget the kindness that was extended to me by Craig, Wayne and other members of leadership while I was enduring some of the darkest times of my adult life. I don't think that I could have made it thru a contested divorce and sale of the family home without their empathy and faith in me as an employee. God bless all of the members in leadership at Beckett Gas. It is not just a saying at Beckett, they truly do have respect for the individual there.
