I've been to both the store and the warehouse and both offer a very nice selection in very high quality furniture. The prices are completely reasonable and the staffing is willing to work with you whatever your needs may be. I definitely recommend this little gem on the corner of Center Ridge and Bradley. But don't forget about their warehouse location out in North Ridgeville on Lorain road. Family owned. Just beware of the parking situation in Westlake as maneuverability in and out of the parking lot. Could put you right in the middle of the intersection. Hoping the city helps these folks out

I love that place. Over the years we've bought some really high quality furniture there for relatively lower prices than a traditional store. It's always an interesting trip when we go. Friendly people, gorgeous unique pieces, and very reasonably priced for the high quality.

I put a deposit down on a coffee table at Brian's Furniture Warehouse for delivery when the renovation of my new place was complete. The owner said that he would have the table wrapped for delivery & marked sold. He completed his paperwork with all my contact information, took my deposit and gave me a copy. When I came back to schedule delivery of the coffee table, I found that he had SOLD it to some one else. Blamed it on his kids! Asked for my copy of the paperwork claiming he nor his wife could find there original copy. Said he would look into making another coffee table but I have not heard from them. Horrible ! Just horrible service ! No follow through on anything they say. Buyer beware!

Make sure you read the conditions of sale. They are at the bottom of the order form. They include a clause that says something like 'the retailer is not responsible for delays from the manufacturer, at all..... Take the manufacturer's warranty with a grain, pinch of salt.

“ Furniture made the way you want it!”. They can take your drawings and ideas and turn it into wonderful pieces of quality furniture. A small family business that values service.

They have a wonderful selection of designable furniture, as well as standard furniture that can be tweaked, which I personally had done, without any charge. A wonderful family run operation. Very personal and not a box store. You deal with Renee, who is the owner and a lovely person to know. I have bought a whole dining room set from them and have a living room set on order, They are exceptionally worthy of their rating on the Cleveland Hotlist. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I don't know what happened since we ordered our furniture two years ago since we got our tables (re:bad review Aug. 10, 2010).
We on the other hand had a great experience and our tables were beautiful and worth every penny we spent. Our pieces were about two weeks later than estimated however but that was no issue since we had waited 6 weeks already another 2 weeks was not a big deal. We have recommended them to all our family and they loved our pieces and also ordered tables and are happy aswell.

Brian's furniture failed to deliver our custom entertainment center in the 8-10 weeks we were quoted. When we called to get status updates (at 8, 10, and 11 weeks) they told us they would call us back with an update, but they never did. When we would call back (usually several days after they said they would return our calls) they were extremely rude and still wouldn't give an update. Finally in the 12th week we asked that they commit to a delivery date or refund our money. They wouldn't commit so we took our business to a finished carpenter. We switched from just an entertainment center to built-ins, with an entertainment center (much larger total project). The carpentry company finished the job in under 3 weeks. Great quality and very reasonably priced. I am a Quality Control Professional and I work large commercial construction projects so I truly appreciate good craftsmanship, completing projects on a deadline and professional courteous customer service. I would strongly recommend going to a finished carpenter, a woodworking shop or a custom furniture store that has been recommended by someone that you know.
