Her, and her assistant were very nice and knowledgeable. I plan to be a return customer for sure. Mary, even paid for wiper blades for my car which was a major help for me as a struggling military veteran. Even if she had not done that, I would still bring my car back. They were very kind and do great work and that is enough in itself. They treated my wife and I as though we were their most important customers. I would recommend this repair shop to anyone. They are the best.”

He will never take advantage of you and recommend fixing only what is necessary and never anything not needed. “About 9 months ago I had another local shop build a heavy duty transmission for my F250. It began to hang in second gear or shift harsh from 2-3. The shop that built the transmission only gave me a 2 month warranty and dismissed the problem because "there were no codes".
I spoke with Tracy originally and decided to have Al give a second opinion. Al and Tracy were both class acts.
Al was trying to find a problem that he didn't create. He thought it was a shift solenoid and replaced it. It helped, but did not completely fix the issue. We narrowed it down to the transmission tuning.
Al had a lot of time into searching for the problem. Given that the solenoid did not completely fix the issue he only charged me for parts and fluids and ate the labor cost. He didn't have to do that, but chose to. That speaks volumes on his character.
I would absolutely go back for future needs and recommend Quick Shift to someone needing transmission work.”

This guy attacked the 480 ramps I can't disclose the MPH... I could never do it cuz of the high center of gravity but he had no problem with it and was amused at my clear uncomfortability... To understate...”
“My car took a dump and spilled oil everywhere in my garage. Called Don's up, they came out and towed me back to their garage. Had it fixed in less than 24 hours with a new oil filter housing adapter. At a fraction of the dealer cost. Very happy with the service.”

Mike and Sam were amazing and was able to make sure they ordered the right tire to match the other 3 and was very informative with everything that went on with my Van. They went above and beyond and myself and my family could not be any more grateful.”
