Had a little mishap with a stick getting stuck and putting a hole in my tire. Mike and Sam were amazing and was able to make sure they ordered the right tire to match the other 3 and was very informative with everything that went on with my Van. They went above and beyond and myself and my family could not be any more grateful.

Great service at a fair price. The folks at Van's were thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. They kept me updated as my repairs were in progress. I've been going to them for past few years and always have a great experience. I won't go anywhere else.

I don't see myself returning.
I came in for a simple oil change. I had a voucher for a free one since moving here. After my car was finished, they parked it outside as they do. I see this from inside the lobby. "OH boy!" I thought. They will be calling me up shortly to let me know my car is finished, I can give them my coupon for a free oil change and be on my way. 10 minutes go by. I hear no word from front desk that my car is done. "No worries." I think. They are busy with two people at the desk. 10 more minutes go by. I am still getting no call from them and they keep helping new people walking in.
At this point I get in line and wait 10 more minutes for them to finally help me, and I say that I saw my car get parked 30 minutes ago, what's going on? They told me that I was so quiet that they didn't know my car was done since I didn't tell them.
Oh I'm sorry! I had no idea it was my responsibility to let them know that my car was finished!
They did a fine job with my oil change, but sheesh the customer service was awful.

Great job! Took my car in for tires not holding air. Inspected tires, made repairs, made recommendations for future tire replacement. Busy shop, but I still received good service. No pressure to buy new tires today. They also sent me photos of tires and wheels. Nice feature for service work.

First I bought 4 tires for my Tahoe here because their price beat BJ's and Costco. I had to bring my Tahoe back today because they put some PB Blaster on my spare tire to loosen it off the pulley plate which they fixed on this trip. Also, I got a FREE alignment (coupon) after my 4 tires were installed. They said there's a 6 month 6k mile warranty on the alignment if it's not perfect because they had a hard time loosening some bolts. Well, it wasn't perfect and they fixed that also today. So my spare can come off the pulley plate and my alignment is perfect and they didn't charge me anything today!! Thanks Maggie and Van's!!

Had tires rotated and balanced, with alignment. First time here. Good PR. Got ride home (only five mins away). Pointed out somethings. Will address them with Ford and warrenty. Good price. Have an Explorer 2017. New to area so will make this my go to place when needed.
